Sleeping Arrangements

Our condo accommodates a maximum of four guests, with sleeping arrangements best suited for couples and small families.

Bedroom: Queen-size bed, comfortably sleeping two adults.

Living room: Pull-out sofa suitable for one adult or two children.

An additional air mattress is available for guests who prefer an alternative sleeping arrangement. A Pack 'n Play is also provided for infants and toddlers.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo, including the private ocean-view balcony. There are no shared interior spaces.

A dedicated parking space is located directly in front of the unit.

The condo is conveniently located at parking-lot level, with two steps between the parking area and the access ramp.

Beach Access

Puerto Rico's beaches are public, and several beautiful coastal areas are just minutes away.

Guests may access the beach through designated public access points, including access in the Wyndham Río Mar area, subject to local access procedures and any applicable parking restrictions.

Getting Around

A rental car is strongly recommended.

Our property is located at the top of a mountain in a private gated community. The surrounding roads are steep and are not suitable for most walking trips.

While two restaurants are located just below the complex, transportation is recommended for beaches, grocery shopping, sightseeing, and other activities.

Taxi and rideshare services may be available, but availability can be inconsistent in this part of the island. We recommend arranging reliable transportation before arrival.
