Paradis is a French art deco–inspired luxury apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, located in the most sought-after area of San Juan. From every corner — and especially the balcony — you’ll enjoy stunning, ever-present ocean views in a space designed for relaxation and comfort.

Even the shower was thoughtfully designed to allow you to take in the view while ensuring complete privacy.

Step outside and you’re just a short stroll or quick ride away from many of San Juan’s top attractions: paddle boarding, kayaking, or swimming in the Condado Lagoon; sunbathing at the beach; exploring the colorful streets of Old San Juan; relaxing at La Ventana al Mar; or dining and dancing the night away. Immaculate, Modern and Comfortable! We just spent two weeks at Paradis and had an excellent time. The condo is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, it is located in a central location, and is stocked with everything needed for a great stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and people. The building is secure and offers an on-site laundry room. Rene was a welcoming and informative host and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable.

Wow, what a lovely apartment. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, well kept, had all the items on hand and then some that guests need. The view and location is perfect. Had a great time just relaxing on the balcony watching the water. We were a quick walk from everything, mini mart, restaurants, bars, casino, water activities and the beach. This was an ideal location and the neighbors were friendly. The inside of the apartment was amazing from the floors to the decor. We love the shower, the kitchen and especially the bedroom chandeliers. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment was an absolute gem. It is located on the main street with a few restaurants rights across the street. Walking distance to beaches. Enjoyed sitting in the balcony taking in the scenic view of the ocean. It was only two nights to take a cruise and I thoroughly enjoyed it. What a beautiful and comfortable stay. The unit was very clean, cool, and nicely decorated. The check in process was communicated easily to minimize delays. Rene communicates throughout the process from the time of your arrival to the point of checkout. Rene also provided points of interest to include some great dining experiences that we enjoyed. The building was quiet and friendly, location perfect on the Condado strip, and the view of the ocean was relaxing during the day. We were sad to leave this beautiful unit that made our stay in Puerto Rico feel like home. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Cant say enough great things about this place. Beautiful view, close to everything. Pictures do no justice at all!! Safe for families or solo travelers. You need a key to get onto the property and to get into the front door. Its modern with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean.The host is great, very accomadating and responsive

The place is exactly how its pictured online. Check in was a breeze and Rene was a delightful individual. We only stayed for the weekend this time and wanted a place we could walk to dinner and beaches and thats what we got. If we stayed longer we would have brought a day pass at one of the hotels to use the pool. Overall great place amd wonderful stay.

Truly a piece of paradise!

This was a fantastic place to stay! Beautiful apartment right at Condado Beach within walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, hotels, and shops. The apartment was clean and well-maintained...it was so comfortable to come back to each day to relax after a long day hiking or at the beach. Had coffee on the balcony enjoying the ocean every morning! A glass of wine at night! Looks exactly like the pics. Rene was a delight! He always responded promptly and made sure that all was going well for us! We will definitely try to book this place again when we return to Puerto Rico!

Sleek perfection.

This apartment is perfectly situated in the Condado hotspot. Walk to restaurants, beaches and parks; the Enterprise car rental also is right across the street and a three minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is THE cleanest, most meticulously maintained of any we have had the pleasure of visiting. Rene greeted us; gave is a tour of the place; gave us directions fir the tv and Bose stereo. He is a gracious and welcoming host.The bed is king sized and _very_comfortable; the bathroom is large, gleaming, and has double sinks. There's also excellent clothing storage in the bathroom closets.We loved people watching from the balcony. And being greeted by the sea and rolling waves out on the balcony is a perfect day starter and ender. The street scene can get noisy, but that is part of the location's energy and appeal. It was never too loud to sleep or converse on the balcony. Five Stars – A Perfect Stay in San Juan!

This condo was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a gem. The unit was even better than described—immaculate, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful touches. The high ceilings and gorgeous lighting made the space feel open and airy, while the modern kitchen and bathroom added a touch of luxury.The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, with extra pillows that made for a great night's sleep. The air conditioning kept us cool, but honestly, the ocean breeze from the large balcony was all we needed. And that view—just spectacular! Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves was pure magic.The neighborhood was fantastic, safe, and full of energy. We were in San Juan before a cruise, and since it was spring break, we expected some chaos. Instead, the college students were respectful and just added to the lively beach atmosphere. Puerto Rico is such a special place, and this location made it even better.A huge shoutout to Rene, who truly is the “host with the most.” His communication was top-notch from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. If you're considering this condo—just book it! We’ll definitely be asking to stay here again on our next trip to San Juan. Thanks again, Rene!

Amazing Condado Gem!

My partner and I stayed here for a wonderful week. The apartment was beautiful - the photos don't do it justice! It was clean and had everything we needed. The ocean view and sound of the waves were lovely to enjoy on the patio. The apartment was secure and centrally located to beaches, shopping, and Viejo San Juan. There was a 24-hour Walgreens right down the street as well. Rene was a kind and attentive host and gave us great recommendations for local dining. He also made it easy for us to park our rental car on site. I highly recommend this beach apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy beautiful Puerto Rico! We can't wait to come back.

A wonderful Stay

The apartment and building are well-maintained, clean, and offer a stunning ocean view. Its location is excellent—close to stores, beaches, and restaurants. If you're in good shape, you can even walk to Old San Juan.Rene, the host, was fantastic—very helpful and thoughtful, even preparing coffee and water for us before our arrival.The only minor drawback is that the building is on the main strip, so it can get a bit noisy at times.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to rent here again!

Loved It!

Rene was waiting for me at the apartment when I arrived. We went up to the apartment and I knew immediately that I had made an excellent choice. The apartment is beautiful. It is open concept with a very nice terrace and the entire place is bright and inviting. The location is perfect. I walked everywhere. Restaurants, shops, areas to just sit and relax and enjoy gorgeous views. The apartment itself is nicer than the pictures and the decor is beautiful. The host is always ready to help in any way .He responds to text messages quickly and is ready to correct any issue of which I had none. A wonderful week in this area and in this apartment specifically is an experience I hope to repeat .
