My stay at your hotel was truly amazing.
From the very first interaction, Monica at the front desk was nothing short of exceptional. My guest and I were greeted with warm smiles, and she graciously held our bags until our room became available.
Throughout our stay, we interacted with Monica several times, and her welcoming personality and positive energy remained consistent each time. She always made a point to ask if we needed anything, which made us feel genuinely valued and cared for.
José was also incredibly helpful during the evenings. He was friendly, attentive, and willing to assist whenever needed.
While the entire staff demonstrated professionalism and hospitality, Monica and José stood out as the team members we interacted with most frequently, and they truly enhanced our experience.
On the final night of our stay, I did notice that it seemed as though the HVAC system may have stopped or been turned off, as we were unable to adjust it and the room became noticeably warm. I am not sure if this is standard practice, but I wanted to bring it to your attention for awareness.
Thank you again for the outstanding service.
