Puerto Rico Convention Center (TMobile District): the largest in the Caribbean and one of the most technologically advanced in the Americas has around 10 restaurants, huge sports bar Arena Medalla, Caribbean Cinemas VIP, a concert venue, and even a Toro Verde zip line!

La Placita de Santurce: a local market with various restaurants and awesome nightlife.

Explore Miramar: This up and coming hip street is filled with dining and shopping options.

Old San Juan: There is s a lot of history to be seen, great food, drinks, and shopping.

El Yunque National Rainforest: El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only tropical rainforest in the US national forest system.

Inside the property gate, you will have access to two of the assigned parking spaces on the right. You will have the code for the main gate, the building entrance and your villa.

The property is located in a highly walkable area. Uber is widely available in San Juan. Car rental is necessary if leaving the city. You will have gated parking for one vehicle inside the property.
