Welcome to Costa Bella at Playa Azul!! This beautiful beachfront property has breathtaking ocean views. Luquillo is located on the north coast of eastern Puerto Rico. This property offers views of tropical waters and surrounding beaches. Located on the 12th floor watch beautiful sunsets over the horizon from your own private balcony. Walk to the beach with private access in less then 5 mins. Beach access is right out the back of the building. Just steps away from a true paradise ! with provided beach chairs, cooler, towels, beach toys, volleyball and basketball balls.

Costa Bella is sure to give you a home away from home experience. Offering you two bedrooms with AC and ceiling fans, one bathroom with all the essentials, fully stocked kitchen, washer machine, dryer machine, dining and living room area and private oversized balcony. This spacious and well lit living area with smart TV, internet and Wi-Fi. We also provide various board games for your use as well. This is an ideal place to escape from the woes of the norm.

Guests will have access to the entire unit during their stay as well as our community Olympic sized swimming pool, basketball and volleyball courts, pool table and ping-pong table.

I can't stress how much we enjoyed being in this condo. Elias gave easy directions on how to get to the condo as well as what to do.The first receptionist was so nice and she had great recommendations. The condo was perfect. Clean and organized. We had everything we needed. From first aid kit to feminine products, which came in handy! You have all types of different views here! Watching the sunrise over the beach from the master room was my favorite thing every morning. (Don't mind the pigeons lol). A lot of stores and beaches close by. Luquillo kiosks are very close. Fair warning though is the noise from the traffic from the master room, a lot of music blasting very late into early morning, it didn't bother me, sounded like home when I used to live in NY :) but there are ear plugs available if needed. The rooms were cool enough where the AC was not needed. Just had the fan on and it was perfect.

A beautiful, clean, modern decorated end unit with views from three sides. Can watch beaches from the wide terrace, as well as from bedroom windows. Also look to the El Yunque Park mountains.Private community entrance to the local beach. Close to Luquillo bay beaches, a quick drive to El Yunque Park and ferries to Culebra for snorkeling and Flamenco beach, one of the worlds best!. Available beach towels and chairs made swimming an easy outing. Nice kitchen for cooking, washer and dryer a plus.A wonderful stay.

Great location, right on the beach. Host and building staff were very friendly and helpful.You do get some road noise and the occasional cockadoodledoo from a local rooster. Overall it was a great place to hang your hat while on vacation.

Elisa was such a wonderful host. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home. It had everything we needed! It was fantastic to have the beach, pool, and so many great adventures close by. We enjoyed a wonderful girls trip in Luquillo!
We befriended Tiny the cat, who roams around the grounds of the complex. She was such a cutie and one of our favorite parts of the stay!

Playa Azul is a great location with a terrific beach right in front of the property, an amazing pool, and even basketball and tennis courts. It's five minutes to the Kiosks and close to the Rain Forest.The apartment was clearly recently renovated. It's spotless and well-equipped. The bed and living room are both very comfortable.

Vacation with family (2 adults, 4 children ages 4-15) was excellent here. There is a beach very close, the waves to too high to enjoy this beach, but the public beach was a 2-minute drive (15 minute walk) and was great for swimming and sanding. The facility was safe and secure and had a pool (water temp a little cold in Jan), basketball, tennis courts. The VRBO had all the sports equipment and beach toys/towels/chairs/cooler.Some restaurants within a 3-min walk and lots of places to eat within a 10-min walk.The VRBO had nice rooms, and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Plenty of space all around.

Host is very responsive! The place is very clean and nice with beautiful views of the ocean. The condo is gated and the doors are secure with security on site. The surrounding area is nice and there’s good restaurants and bars in the area.

This was unfortunately one of the noisiest places we've ever stayed. The bedroom faces a main street with a stoplight. Around 10pm motorcycles/muscle cars will stop at the light and begin revving their engines and racing down the street. I used white noise, earplugs and noise cancelling headphones and it was still very audible and disruptive when trying to relax and sleep. The windows are very old slat style windows that do nothing to block the sound.The front door has no draft blocker or screen door. During breezy evenings any open window or door in the condo would cause the air to come in the front door creating a high pitched, persistent, loud whistling sound. (such as using dryer or opening patio)When we arrived there were a few items left in the fridge that were really disgusting- including a 90% empty tub of butter that had someone else's crumbs in it, and a few bags of chips in the basket under the tv which had expired in August 2025- 3 months prior to our stay. The coffee provided by the host was an open jar (mostly empty) that already contained a scooper that many other people presumably used/put their hands in which just made it all feel a little gross. The coffee machine is still defective and overflows constantly which was in past reviews.The host was nice and very responsive to a minor maintenance issue. The condo had toys and snorkeling stuff and a cooler and chairs to use which was very nice.

Great condo. Beach chairs provided. AC in the living room and in the bedrooms. Everything we needed was provided. This is the first condo that has provided working beach chairs ( 5 qty) , a small portable cooler, and sports balls. Played hoops with my son every morning and then walked to get our morning coffee at Simple Food. Job well done!

The property was beautiful and the house was quick in responding to my questions. This was my family’s first time visiting Puerto Rico and we am amazing time. The location was within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and stores. Each day we found new things to see and try. My family had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, clean, safe place to stay.

Worth it for the view

Me, my husband and 18 year old daughter and her friend visited for their spring break. Beautiful condo, the view is amazing. The complex itself needs work, but they are doing construction. Of course we experienced a couple power outages, but we got a really nice breeze going thru the whole condo. This condo is equipped with everything you need. We were alittle disappointed the hammock we seen in the pics wasnt there, and they really need to give more than one key it was alittle difficult if the girls wanted to go to the beach, and we didnt go with, we could t go down later because you couldnt lock the condo door. We did feel really safe around the resort, however a pool key seems unnecessary when everywhere else is locked. Overall beautiful condo with amzing view. Great location with grocery store and food near by.

Wonderful Stay in Luquillo!

We have a wonderful stay in Luquillo. The condo is exceptionally clean and the space was perfect for our family of four. We always felt safe with the security at the complex, and enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. We especially appreciate the cooler, beach chairs, and outdoor toys since we were unable to pack ones from home. We would stay here again!

Family vacation

My family and I had a great time! Location was amazing—close to the water, not far from SJU, shopping for groceries/pharmacy. Building is old and doesn’t present as well as the other 2 buildings in the complex. The unit itself is very nice and comfortable. Elevator is slightly nerve wracking as they tell you no more than 4 people at a time. Overall the apartment itself was nice. Lots of extras—plenty of towels, beach gear, etc. Thank you!

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is incredibly convenient. There are so many restaurants to choose from within a few minutes of the apartment. Amigo supermarket is a couple of blocks away. But most importantly, the beach is RIGHT THERE! We loved the condo. It was perfect for our little family of 3. The washer/dryer were a nice perk for washing our beachware from our stay. The building itself is a little run down, so the apartment really felt like an oasis. We appreciated the security to enter the complex and also in the lobby. Everything felt very safe. I would gladly stay here again.

Just perfect !

The property was perfect ! Even better than the pictures. Very well renovated, beautiful views, big balcony to relax and well furnished. We had power failure in and out for 3 days (no ones fault) and the owner replied to all my questions.. The only suggestion I have is maybe giving a second key for the condo, since we need keys for everything (get to the beach, the pool, etc). We will keep this condo if you come back to Porto Rico one day for sure !
