Hoteller nær San Joses elvemunning

«Great location, great hotel, great staff. We will visit again»

«At first I was a bit nervous as it was not a traditional hotel but the experience was exceptional. We wanted more of a family experience and we got just that. The place is really well kept. The staff was available at all times, though we really didn’t need anything. It was nice and quiet. There was construction near by but we didn’t event notice. We took Ubers everywhere. It was supper cheap. Less than $5 a trip. We enjoyed Cabo San Lucas a few days and San Jose on others. Definitely recommend ...

«Misleading because I paid for an ocean front room and none of their properties are actually ocean front so not worth the extra price. Definitely not ada friendly as certain areas only have several flights of stairs you have to take to get to certain areas of the resort. Room service food is not good. Food at UA was good that’s the only restaurant I tried here. And I was told I would receive a birthday dessert and never received it.»

«Easily accessible to the event that we attended. Ran out of water for bathing, etc. on one of the mornings of our stay which was replenished after a few hours,»

«The good. The grounds are well maintained. The bad. Food was mediocre at best. One case in point. Fajitas at their Mexican restaurant. Ever get them with mozzarella cheese? No tortillas just a plate of dry over cooked meat and some veggies. Bartenders couldn’t make a drinkable Mai tai , rum punch or even a decent margarita. We also were suppose to have a fruit bowl and a bottle of wine in our room. Asked twice. Never received either. Bed stiff, pillows huge hard uncomfortable. Go ...

«First class all the way, food, rooms, staff.»

«Gorgeous property with very kind and helpful staff!»

«The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The ...

«Habitación bien, reserve este lugar porque tenía alberca y la alberca no estaba funcionando, me molestó que muchos llegaron despues de mi y pasaron primero, nosotros esperamos hasta que fuera la hora de check in mientras otros entraron sun problema ni costo extra»

«Great Value! Clean and very quiet with a pool - but no bar or gym or dinner restaurant. My room (411) was spacious and had fridge/micro/stove/AC but no safe. Water pressure is medium but satisfactory and hot, but this is not luxury. Rooms are functional not pretty, so if you want a resort atmosphere don't expect it. Repeat: this is a basic hotel so if you want a really nice resort, keep looking. For a hotel, it is fine and very comfortable. Bed was excellent. Sheets/towels/room/hallway ...
