The studio is open and modern and combines the sleeping, living and dining area in one large room, with the toilet being separate. The air conditioning is central for the whole area:
- Sleeping area: with a comfortable queen size bed with bedside cabinets, reading lamps and a large closet.
- Living area: with a new sofa, 50" Smart TV with Amazon Prime, fan and a sofa table where you can find our local guide and other interesting tour options
- Kitchen : fully equipped with electric stove (4 plates),
cooker hood and among others coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender and all accesoires like several pots and pans, as well as basics like oil and salt
- Dining area: dining table with 4 chairs, large mirror
- Bathroom: spacious modern shower with large shower head and glass doors, 2 sinks, 2 mirrors and lamps, hairdryer and steamer, towels, cosmetic items
- WC: a separate room in the apartment with new toilet.
- Rooftop: long infinity pool with great views of the sea, mountains and surrounding area, plus small fitness area, and lounging and sitting areas
- Lobby/Reception: modern entrance area with a receptionist during the day and toilets

You have access to our beautiful studio on the first floor, the rooftop with pool and fitness area and the lobby. The elevator is also at your disposal.

Your check-in is done by a code lock. We are always available before and during your stay and will be happy to help you with general questions, but also local tips, tour and restaurant bookings, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

The studio is ideally located right in San José del Cabo's historic center and Art District, just steps away from the Cathedral, restaurants and bars, galleries and local artisan stores.
The Art District is Los Cabos' cultural center and charms with a selection of diverse local and international galleries and exhibitions, amidst streets filled with bright colors and street art paintings that reflect an important part of Mexican culture. Every Thursday the Art Walk takes place, with local artists presenting their work in front of the Cathedral.
The neighborhood is also home to local and international restaurants, with Mexican, Italian, Japanese cuisine among others, bars with live music in the evening, and Plaza Mijares, where many locals gather and local street food is offered.
There are also various spas, banks and ATMs, laundromats, etc., within walking distance of the studio.

The studio is located in the historic and cultural center of San José del Cabo, within walking distance of most restaurants, galleries, ATMs and shops:

- Cathedral: 2 minutes walking
- Art Walk (every Thursday evening): 2 minutes walking
- ATM: 3-5 minutes walking
- Local market: about 10 minutes walk
- Nearest beach: about 15-20 minutes walk
- Estero Nature Reserve: about 15 minutes walk
- Hotel Zone San Jose and Plaza Pescador: approx. 15 minutes walking
- Palmilla Beach: about 10 minutes by car/taxi
- Cabo San Lucas: about 20-30 minutes by car/taxi

Our recommendation: You can easily explore the center by foot during the day and at night.
The swimmable beaches and also Cabo San Lucas are best reached in an Uber/Taxi, otherwise you can also book a rental car. We are happy to assist you with the reservation as well.
