The property is located on the Costa Calida, between Alicante & Cartagena, just 25 minutes from Airport Murcia (RMU) and 45mn from Alicante airport (ALC). This region enjoy about 315 sunny days a year and the villa is located at 500 m from the sandy beaches and many food stores, (Lidl, Aldi, Spar...) and bars and restaurants (between 300 and 500m).
