The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. «Bodde her i 3 netter i juli 2016. Ca 15 minutters gåtur fra hovedtogstasjonen i Firenze. Vi følte området var litt fattigslig og kjedelig. Vennlig resepsjonister tilstede 24/7. Helt ok rom, ikke noe spektakulært. Ville nok ha valgt et annet overnattingsted hvis jeg skal tilbake til Firenze.»
