Good place to stay when first over and jet-lagged
Very good hotel, about 10 minute drive south of the airport, about 20-30minute drive to central San Fransisco. Easy to find hotel. Stayed here 3 nights while visiting SF, jet lagged, so wanted a big comfortable room that was reasonably priced (fully awake 3 am, in a reasonably priced room in central SF, what do you do?) Room worked perfectly. Breakfast was quite acceptable as well.

Great Hotel with good value
Hotel is clean, well located, with friendly staffs. Definitely will return again. Beds are very comfortable, but only wish that they are a little larger.

Won't return
Despite being one of the newer hotels on the mid-peninsula, this hotel already needs some updates, mostly in the bathroom. Rusting mirror and grunge in the grout around the tub means this hotel has been used a lot! For this reason, we won't choose this hotel again, especially when newer, better-condition hotels are nearby.

Pretty nice place to stay! There are stores and restaurants very close by. The breakfast had a little something different everyday which was nice. Overall satisfied with my stay here.

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. I am most particular about the bathroom and the shower. Most hotels that we've stayed at, the bathtub is usually clogged so you are showering with the water pooling on your feet. Not very clean after all. This hotel, however, is not like that. They have very good pressure on the shower and the water drains well. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Not coming back
It wasn’t the best experience I have had. The bed was broken and didn’t know it til we got back from a real nice dinner. The breakfast was mediocre. The comfort of the bed was horrible too. My wife is handicapped and she was in so much pain sleeping on the bed. She barely slept and cried most of the night. I didn’t sleep well at all either. Couldn’t get comfortable either. I think I will stay somewhere else next time. The staff didn’t really care when I told them about our night. They just looked at us and said ok, we will have someone look at the bed after you check out. Really!!!

Wrong Room....
I had initially reserved a room with a king bed and was given a room with 2 queens. In speaking with the front desk they told me they didn't have any other room, which ultimately they did. I was told they thought by giving me the 2 beds that it was considered an "upgrade" and somewhat larger space which wasn't the case. In the end I was given a king which has a walk-in shower vs. a tub that I prefer. Also the noise factor coming from the halls seemed to be louder than in other places. The door peephole was broken and the TV screen was too small for that size of a room.

Clean hotel with mini-kitchen and amazing service
It was an amazing stay particularly the mini-kitchen and we will for sure come back, plus promote to others. Front desk staff should be especially commended, such as Dan, Marina, and the Asian female front desk person who checked us in (apologies for not taking down her name). Even their smiles were very sincere!
