Nedslitt hotell i støyende omgivelser
Benyttet hotellet fordi vi skulle reise tidlig fra SFO, så kun en overnatting. Veldig nedslitt hotell. Ikke den beste rengjøringen eller servicen i resepsjonen. Støy fra tutende forbipasserende tog gjennom hele natten i tillegg til flyene som man må forvente å høre.

I arrived late, helpful staff, quick check in, clean quiet room. No shuttle to the airport but an abundance of taxis seemed available.

Friendly staff, the gave me a bottle of wine. Rooms were good size and clean. Pool was nice could have been. A little warmer though. Breakfast was great.

This is an older property. I noticed in the bathroom the tiles were kind of dirty around the corners of the wall in the whole bathroom. There was no soap to take a shower with in the bathroom. It's just an older property It's not a Motel 6 but it's not a courtyard by Marriott or something like that.

It was a good stay! The beds were nice and comfy plus the area around is open and quiet which I appreciated. Staff was nice as well, would stay again ! I guess the one thing I noticed was how small the bathroom are if you are with a group of people but it wasn’t an issue (didn’t ruin the stay for me) just personal preference.

We needed a hotel close to the airport just for one night . Hotels and Expedia stated that there’s in shuttle to and from the airport which is not true . Hotel is run down nasty . It doesn’t live up to expectations that were advertised.

The staff at the el rancho inn are awesome. All of the staff at the el rancho inn goes over and beyond to accommodate your needs. The rooms are nice. I've been there quite a few times and I enjoy going there.

Put us up in a nice room first, but the neighbor was very noisy. After multiple complaints they changed our room to a quieter one, but the toilet flush was not working there! We had to take a flight in 3hours so didn't bother to change to another room. My wife didn't get much sleep because of all these troubles. Unfortunately the main reason of choosing the hotel was the vicinity to the airport and to get a good night sleep. The latter did not happen.
