We do have a parking fee of 20.70 (plus tax) per day, and this information should be clear during the booking process. To improve transparency, we are working with Expedia to ensure their listings accurately reflect our parking fees. In addition, we will be reviewing our own website to make sure parking information is clear and easy to find.We also have a security deposit policy, which is a refundable deposit of under 100 that is authorized upon check-in and returned upon check-out, assuming no damages are incurred. They put the hotel building photos of tall and new on the back top of building. I booked this hotel by seeing back of the tall building but when I got there it’s a short building on the bottom. They have to update the hotel photos so we will know the exact hotel.

Pictures were not what we seen when we got there it was really run down and on top of that other guest where having drug transactions out in the open we got woken up at 3 am from someone knocking looking for their dealer workers were rude called 3 times to get some towels and didn’t get them until we got back hours later

Place were ok but service was kinda poor. The black lady who worked at the midnight shift seems kinda frustrated when I asked questions about parking fee and i noticed she made faces with us. However the person who works the next morning shift was kind and seem friendly.

reasonable for the price, but the bathroom window was about to fall out of its frame & it was pretty loud even when the door & the blinds were all closed. nighttime staff was not friendly, but morning staff were fine at check out.

The property has resorted to gouging guest of their security deposit. You will be charged without authorization. The paid parking on site along with the management is a joke, guest are targeted while the bulk of the city get to park with ease in the parking lot. We found needles in our room and used adult rubbers I don’t feel the property to be safe as you have homeless people knocking on doors and stalking the hallways and staircases at night. The manager does a very poor job addressing these problems and will not acknowledge when the desk or hotel makes a mistake if you have small children please book elsewhere same for single female travelers I’d wait for them to hire a new manager I refuse to deal with the incompetence of the one they have now.

Close to many activities and transportation. The room was okay the shower wasn’t draining and was woken up to a loud rumbling from water pipes at 2am and again at 5am. The price is too high for what you are paying for. Was only compensated 20$

Possibly the worst place I have ever stayed? Dirty and in poor condition. The thinnest worst bedding I have ever had including hostels in eastern europe. It was cheap and convenient location to get to things, but spending some extra per night is probably worth it
