PARKING

We do not have parking here but there are plenty of safe street parking in the neighborhood. Please just keep in mind of street cleaning signs.



CHECKING OUT/ CLEANING

Check out time is at 10AM. Double check for all your belongings. Please notify me when you have left.

1) We have an exterior camera outside only.

2) owner live downstairs separate entrance in case you need assistance. 



For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we might require a background check process through a secure organization online for $49 fee. Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $200 per month for long term stay.

We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.
