The Space:

Balconies Tranquillo pairs third-floor views with an indoor-outdoor layout in the heart of San Pancho. Private balconies extend the living spaces outdoors, creating places for morning coffee, shared meals, reading, and views across the village, surrounding hills, and Pacific.



The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and counter seating. Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide comfort throughout the property.



The 1,120-square-foot property accommodates up to four guests:



Primary suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, air conditioning, television, storage, workspace, and balcony access

Second suite: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, air conditioning, television, storage, and balcony access



The shared rooftop brings together five plunge-style pools, sun loungers, shaded seating, dining space, and broad views across the ocean, jungle, hills, and village.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire residence and its private balconies.



La Esquina's rooftop pools, lounge areas, shaded gathering spaces, dining areas, and other rooftop amenities are shared with residents and guests of the building.



The residence is located on the third floor and is accessible by elevator. Secure entry provides access to the building and residence.

La Esquina is one block from San Pancho Beach and within walking distance of the town's restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, and surf.



San Pancho is smaller and quieter than neighboring Sayulita, but it remains an active coastal town. Music, street activity, festivals, holiday celebrations, and other community events are part of the local experience.



Getting Around:

The beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, and central San Pancho are accessible on foot from La Esquina. Street parking is available nearby, but spaces are not assigned or guaranteed.

Occupancy

The property accommodates no more than four registered guests.



Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval. Pets are not permitted on the shared rooftop. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets and cleaning up after them throughout the property and surrounding neighborhood.



Parking

La Esquina does not provide assigned parking. Street parking is available nearby but cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

The rooftop pools, lounge areas, shaded gathering spaces, dining areas, and other rooftop amenities are shared with La Esquina residents and guests.



Community setting

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of residents and other guests when using the property and shared areas. Guests must observe the building's rooftop hours and pool rules.



Town activity

San Pancho is an active coastal community. Guests may hear music, street activity, festivals, fireworks, construction, or holiday celebrations during their stay.
