The hotel and especially the rooms are very basic. Not as pictured. The room is furnished very minimal and the carpets seem old and dirty. The hotel is situated in an area with a lot of homeless people. And the staff at the check out could have been more friendly.

Good value but very average stay. Had a few problems with our first few rooms (toilet leaking, strong cigarette smells, major stains on carpets, toilet not flushing correctly) and had to move rooms a few times until we got one that was OK. Hotel staff was very kind with helping us move to a different room to stay in. Overall it was good value (our reservation also included free parking) but definitely not my favorite stay in the city.

I was hoping it would be cleaner. Carpet was stained in several places and the remote had stuff (possibly food) encrusted onto the buttons. But the staff was nice and helpful. The area felt safe as well.

Apart from a poor checkin experience (didn’t talk much and swiped my credit card without telling me what I’m being charge or about incidentals) my room was next to the elevators and they need to be greased badly. It was so noisy that I had to sleep with the TV on. Getting comfortable after dinner and drinks, we had to leave the room and go down flights of stairs to evacuate the building and stand in the cold and rain while the fire department inspected. I did not enjoy this stay. I most likely won’t be returning to this hotel.

Downstairs looks fancy but our room was dirty, had dog pee by the AC, small things were breaking. Our truck didn’t fit in the parking garage so we had to park across the street in a different parking garage. This hotel was also in the hood! Scared it’s going to get broken into overnight.

Everything was great but was super confused when I wake up to someone opening my door while I’m sleeping and closing it after I said “hello?!?” But besides that the hotel was super clean and staff was super amazing. Definitely recommend

The sink was half clogged and the water drained very slowly . We have to turn off the water faucet after a few minutes for draining . The toilet had non-flushed tissue. Disappointed for this price. I paid $468 for two nights including $56 parking.

It was OK. The neighborhood is pretty crappy and the hotel has no amenities and probably needs new carpet. It’s just a weird place.

Only one elevator was working, room was very basic with stains on the carpet, a lot of things were out of order (ice machine, vending machines, elevators)

Place was nice. More working elevators would be great but the rooms were clean and the city view was great. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. There were some sketchiness going on outside so maybe onsite security would help with that.

They’re clearly in the midst on some renovations but once completely done this place will be amazing. It was a nice stay overall but be aware that the location isn’t in the greatest neighborhood. Nevertheless, the hotel was great.

Not worth $300 a jight
Just a bed and a table with 2 chairs. Carpets looked stained from body fluids. To make matters worse they only have 1 working elevator for the entire building. Not only is it a safety hazard but it took 10 -15 minutes to go up or down

Everything was pretty perfect. Sucks that there was only one elevator working to where the service elevator had to be used. The elevators felt a little unsafe to use, but it is what it is. It's really nice that the Bart station is just a minute walk away. Lots of shops around. Oh and I wasn't able to adjust the temperature in my room so I had to leave it off because it got too cold. tbh i'd book a room there again.

The area is unwalkable with all of the homeless people doing drugs right outside the door. The lobby is okay, but the rooms are sparse and depressing, especially for $200 a night. In our weeklong stay, only one of four elevators was working and it stopped at every floor in a jerking fashion, sparking the beginning of a fear of elevators for me. it’s just an awful place. Will never be back to the hotel or san Francisco for that matter.

4 nights. Elevators didn’t work. No ammenities in the evening. Bar closes at 10. Minimal staff. Carpet in hallway and room are atrocious The only thing I had was a room on the terrace that at least I could step out

There were bed bugs in our room and we didn’t even notice till it was almost midnight and when we got moved to another room the heater in that room wasn’t working and when we finally got to the third room it was better but the heat wouldn’t stay in the room but at that point it was 1am and we just wanted to sleep. They “upgraded” the room but the only other compensation they did was refund the amenities fee for one day. On the second day out of the four elevators they had only one worked in the entire hotel. It took us almost 10 mins to get the 12th floor and the elevator was doing some terror tower ride experience and kept stopping in the middle of floors. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I will not be going back.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. They have 4 elevators, but only 1 was running- and the safety license expired 5 YEARS ago!!! Being on the 12th floor, I LITERALLY had to wait over 20 minutes to get down to the lobby to grab my DoorDash order and back up. 20 minutes waiting for an elevator that made scary noises, and would drop at every floor even if it wasn’t opening the door. I got so motion sick I wasn’t sure I could take it. The vending machines were completely empty, and the bar was closed. So we were unable to get water, or snacks. No complimentary breakfast, and the cafe offered 3 muffins, 4 croissants, and some dry cereal, yogurt, and cup o noodles. Lots of alcohol available to purchase at 9:30am, but no water or soda available to purchase in the evening. My upgraded room consisted of carpets riddle with coffee stains, and window blinds that were shredded - do they allow pets in this hotel?? Bathroom door was a sliding piece of wood, offering no sound protection from the incredibly loud toilet and shower. No microwave in the room, but there is a shared microwave in the hallway everyone can use if you feel like standing in the hall while waiting for your food to heat up. “City View” gave a beautiful view of the graffiti on top on the neighboring buildings. The floor to ceiling windows provided no ventilation, so the room got super stuffy and uncomfortable. I couldn’t hear the neighbors, but could hear noise from the street from 12flr

The beds were soft and comfortable but the room felt run down and old. There was a musty smell constant throughout the stay. And there was only one elevator in service for ten floors so it took 5 minutes to get onto or off your floor.
