As you step into the vibrant and stylishly decorated living space, you'll be transported to a Caribbean paradise with colorful accents, tropical prints, and breezy open-concept design. The spacious living room is perfect for gathering with family and friends with three flat screen TV's, while the fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a large island is a chef's dream for preparing delicious meals.
The outdoor area is a true oasis, featuring a pool, indulgent spa, and a thrilling waterslide that will provide hours of fun for both kids and adults alike. Lounge in the sun, fire up the outdoor grill for a cookout, and gather around the firepit for s'mores and stargazing on warm evenings.
After a day of sun-soaked adventures, retreat to the comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms. The primary suite features a plush king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor patio. The remaining bedrooms offer ample space and comfort, with queen and twin beds to accommodate all guests.
This is a family friendly home, however it is not equipped with baby and toddler safety features. As noted, there is a pool and spa. All children and anyone who is not a strong swimmer must be monitored closely as there is no safety fence around the pool.
The spa heating is included in the price. However if you'd like to use the pool heater the gas charges will be an additional $75/day of use. The heating systems are controlled via a tablet. The Spa will automatically shut off after 90 minutes. However the pool must be manually turned off. If the pool heat is left on accidentally overnight you will be responsible for the extra costs.
We allow up to two pets, dogs only sorry no cats! For a $125 fee per pet.
Please clean up your pets waste, if there is waste left behind it will be an additional $100 fee.
