Just steps from the ocean and bay, this inviting retreat is perfect for families or couples seeking a memorable getaway. With everything you need for a comfortable, homey stay, you’ll feel the beach vibes from the moment you arrive. Centrally located near Pacific Beach and all San Diego attractions, enjoy the sun, sand, and amazing weather year-round for an unforgettable vacation

The Space:
Bedrooms:
*1st floor bedroom features a queen size bed, and an en-suite bathroom, shower only no tub. Smart TV
*2nd floor bedroom features a king size bed, and an en-suite bathroom, shower only no tub. Smart TV
*3rd floor loft features a bunk bed bed twin size, sleeps 2. This room is great for kids. We provide a baby gate for peace of mind. Smart TV. (no air condition in the loft, fan provided)
*Additional sleeping provided on sleeper sofa in living room. Full size, sleeps 2.
*We provide shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and blow dryers
*Iron and ironing board
*Access to the top floor outdoor patio is from the loft.

Kitchen:
*Fully stocked to cook your own meals ( pots and pans, cooking essentials, silverware, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee maker. Dishwasher. Coffee and sugar provided. Water filter/ice maker refrigerator.

* Central heating and air conditioning on 1st and 2nd floor only. ( Fan provided for loft )
* Garage parking for 1 car (garage dimensions 13 ft wide, 6ft 10 inches in height, 14 ft by 10 inches in depth)
* Washer and dryer
* Beach equipment includes beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards.
* BBQ, and bbq utensils. Propane provided.

Guest Access:
Guest access is completely contactless. You will receive a digital guide containing all of the check-in instructions and other pertinent information two days prior to arrival, via text message.
