The location of this property is perfect to enjoy little Italy. However, the WiFi was weak and did not functionally support the operation of two work laptops and as a result, it also affected the steaming of the TV which would frequently freeze up. The very tardy response from the property Managment was the WIFI is functioning fine, we tested it. We then asked if they could reset the router and received no response. The electrical wiring of the property was in question too. When turning on the hair dryer, the only bathroom light would turn off. There were only two rolls of toilet paper provided for week long stay and the hair condition in the dispenser in the shower was bone dry. The two, wall mounted, light fixture's on either side of the bed never worked and the couch in the living room sadly smelled like vomit. We brought all of these issues to the property managements attention when occupying the property but we did not receive a response from them until four days after we left the property. We were grateful that the property was located within a block from a Marriott hotel who kindly let us use their guest WiFi in their lobby so we could work and the front desk clerk kindly tuned on any TV channel that my husband wanted to watch during championship football week. We love staying at VRBO properties and have rarely encounter this level of frustration while staying at a property. We will not stay here again.
