The space:
Every inch of this condo unit has been tastefully renovated for a modern, classy look throughout. The back of the building features a wonderful patio to unwind with the sunset over the ocean to wind down your day. There is nothing like this view in the entire area code. Head down the stairs and hit the beach. Also one block away from Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, as if the beach and surf weren't enough.

The bedroom features a nice queen bed and great, comfy mattress. The couch also has a queen pullout sofa with foam mattress (supposedly very comfy!). There's also a sit/stand desk with chair for those who work from home.

Guest access:
In-unit washer dryer, community washer and dryers (if needed for bulky items) and one included parking space. Pool and back patio usage are included as well.

Other things to note:
The kitchen requires a tenant who is a fastidious cleaner who pays attention to detail. The island has a softwood countertop that can nick and scratch very easily, and the sink is a white quartz. Care is simple enough but takes diligence. If that's not your bag, this would be a tough fit. But for those who love the beauty of real wood and are willing to take care of its beauty while guests here, this could be a great fit.
