«I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tangara Arenal. I booked the bungalow option, and it was a great choice. The bungalow was surrounded by plants and trees, with outdoor seating perfect for relaxing or reading while it rained—and when it rains, it pours! The metal roof made the sound of the rain noticeable, but I found it soothing, like white noise. We visited during the wet season and had the usual afternoon showers, but it never bothered us. «The property and surroundings were beautiful. The room was very nice and fit our family of four perfectly. We loved hearing the nature noise maker surrounding us and the nature hike was really fun too. I would recommend a 4x4 to get to the property, it is a good ways up a bumpy road.»
