A modern, bright, and spacious home, fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a dream holiday just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the San Agustín Shopping Center, where you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, and all the leisure you could wish for.

The house is divided over two floors:

Ground floor

Spacious terrace with a private pool (5.80 x 3.00 x 1.40 m), Balinese bed, sun loungers, outdoor dining area with table and chairs and outdoor sofas for relaxing in the fresh air.

Open-plan living room and kitchen with large sliding doors that open directly onto the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sea views. The living room includes a 65" Smart TV with international channels.

Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian and filter coffee makers, wine fridge, and all necessary utensils.

1 bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and walk-in wardrobe.

1 full bathroom with shower.

Private garage with space for 2 cars.

Landscaped outdoor areas.

Upper floor (access via stairs)

1 master bedroom with double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m).

1 bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m).

1 bedroom with a trundle bed, convertible into 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m).

In total, the house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps).



Pool heating service is available at an extra cost of 210€/week, payable in cash on the day of arrival. Maximum temperature: 27ºC. Please notify us 5 days in advance to activate it.



Cot and highchair available upon request (free of charge).



Weekly full cleaning included (for stays longer than 8 nights), with change of bed linen and towels, and pool cleaning/maintenance twice a week.



IMPORTANT

Shishas are strictly prohibited inside the property.

No unregistered guests are allowed.

As the property is in a residential area, parties or noisy activities are not allowed.
