«Tiny house on the hill is a Capitol Hill gem and perfect for the book launch we attended at Elliott Bay Bookstore (another Seattle gem). Everything you need is provided including parking. Only downside would be if you are mobility challenged. The loft bed is accessed via a ladder (as shown in pics). .»

«This place is AMAZING!!!!! My friend and I visited our daughters (and dogs) who live close to the property. We loved the house so much that it was hard to leave. Check in and communication was a breeze. We had to make a change in our reservation midway through and the owners were wonderfully accommodating. DEFINITELY stay here if you have the chance! Great little Italian restaurant just around the corner, beautiful views, showers AMAZING, 5 min walk to beach. Just 5 stars all around!»

«We stayed one night for a Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field and the room was clean, comfortable, close to shops, PCC market and other amenities. A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events.»

Had an issue with other people not cleaning their dishes in the common area, but the owner took care of the cleaning the next day. Very quiet. Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, AnyTime Fitness, Seattle U field stadium, tennis courts, and Swedish hospital. Highly recommend staying here. »
