«We stay here often on our way to the coast. Staff is always very friendly. We don't gamble so have never been to the Casino. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I highly recommend the Bay view room. There is a train that runs by the property but it comes and goes pretty quick. Good value fuel and snacks at the Gas Station next to the parking lot. »

«Breakfast was good, but was very full we had to park across the street and breakfast was very busy there was no seating in lobby. Room was very nice and quite.»

«The hotel grounds are beautiful but that’s about it. We stayed here for 3 days and the room was not cleaned the entire time. I put the sign on the door our last day for a cleaning only to arrive that evening to a dirty room. They emptied the garbage but left the rest of the room a mess. I’m not sure why they charged me 50 extra dollars for a pet fee. They should have paid me 50 to clean my own room. The breakfast would have been nice but by 8am all the items were gone. Breakfast hours are 7-10. ...

«Staff is not knowledgeable about the property and very stingy with breakfast items. They only give it when you ask for it. Rooms and spacious and neat, the property is new/modern, free ample parking space.»

«Good location on the waterfront and a block or three away from restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming, and they are very pet-friendly (for a fee). Loses a point because we couldn't find an emergency number to report a clogged toilet on a Sunday morning.»

«Both the sink and bathtub were over flowing, did not drain properly. Towels had stains on them. The blankets felt very thin and had a distinctive scent. The carpet looks like it has never been vacuum or cleaned properly. The TV had issue turning on. We had to manually reset the TV for it to work. The carpets and walls in the hallways look outdated. All of our previous hotels allow us to check in early, they told us check in was at 3pm.»
