«Great, well equipped, welcoming villa. Spacious outdoors which is great as this is where we spend most of family time. «Pool was clean. Furniture was spare and old. No dishwasher. No furniture in master bedroom. Power went out fur 5 hours, so no water as well. Hose instead of shower at the pool. Most glaring are the poor quality of roads/drive way to the property. Almost damaged my vehicle. GPS has difficulty detailing directions to this property.got lost trying to find it. «This is our second time staying at the Palm House Villa. We love the location of this villa. Sets high on the ocean cliff. A quiet, rural setting with unmatched views of the mountains and ocean. We saw at least 20 whales over several days. 6 of the whales were within 150 meters of the coastline. The house is clean and above average for the area. Our host communicated well when we had questions and was very gracious. »

«So first we couldn’t find the villa, even the doorman of the community couldn’t help us, when we did find it, they wouldn’t want to give us the key, saying “they didn’t know we were coming”. We had to wait for someone to come and give us the keys after complaining. The villa is beautiful tho, the pool water was extremely cold, so we couldn’t get in it. To check out, we had to call them to come get the keys and they didn’t even know “we were leaving”. They thought we were leaving 3 days after. »

«I would NOT recommend staying at this property. We arrived at 8pm to the home and there was NO electricity. Not because the power was out in the neighborhood, but because nobody was there to check it and turn it back on with the company. There was also NO water.
