The property has a drive at the front for off-road parking, as well as an enclosed lawned garden at the rear, making it ideal for young children as well as dogs. For those who love the coast, there are some wonderful beaches nearby to discover. Saltburn is a surfers’ paradise and has an iconic pier as well as some trendy bars and restaurants. Staithes has undeniable charm; this village huddles around the shoreline, with little fishing boats sailing out from the harbour. Runswick Bay is gorgeous, with sweeping golden sand, perfect for a scenic stroll while taking in the fresh sea breeze. Whitby is just a 30-minute drive away, a seafaring town with a fascinating history and an abbey overlooking the cobbled streets lined with independent shops and quirky cafés for you to explore, this place really has it all!
