I booked my reservation months ago. I had reserved a two queen suite. When I got there they told me they were so tired of those and the Expedia had sent the reservation too late. The room cost was higher for two queen suite than a one king room. It was very frustrating trying to fit three adult size people in one bed because the sleeper sofa was ridiculous and completely uncomfortable. I got a measly $25 credit, which might I had was not given by the hotel. I know Dan well they received that reservation at the time that I booked it. They chose to bump me and give my room to somebody else and then not even honor any type of credit or refund of any sort. Makes me extremely angry and it makes me angry after all of the rooms that I have booked through Expedia the $25 credit was what I got. I don't think that's even the difference in cost between the two different rooms. I think I'm done using Expedia for a while if not indefinitely and I'm definitely done using the embassy suites.
