Other things to note This location requires you to be of a minimum age of 25 years. 1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated, and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated. - Our floors and carpets are super clean. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES. - Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free. - Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.
2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.
5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road. - You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.
6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- LOST KEY FOB is $150. - LOST PARKING PASS IS $150. - LOST Garage Sensor is $150
- If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30. - Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
7. GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security. -- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help. -All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. -All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest.
8. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. -If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations.
9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.
11. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.

This condo was so comfortable and spacious and a really great place to stay. It was convenient to everything and the amenities were wonderful. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable which doesn’t happen often when you travel. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

This place was amazing! All the crazy amenities they listed are there, and worked, pool table, shuffleboard, golf simulator, amazing roof top pool, 2 hot tubs, multiple fireplaces, and a freaking bowling alley. All is included with your rental. Simply amazing. The lobby even has a free espresso machine.The unit was very very clean, instead of raving about everything, the only complaint I have is something others have mentioned and that's the trains. The unit I stayed in is literally right across the street from 5 train tracks and they are heavily used. Now, with windows closed, it's not that big of deal, but as someone who likes to sleep with the window open for the cooler air, it's literally not doable. Every morning at 8:30am on the dot trains came through blaring their horn, even though it's supposed to be a no horn area.So if you keep the windows shut, your golden, oh it also has a great view of the mountains.Even with the train noise, this is an easy and obvious 5 out of 5, no question.The management is so responsive and really is available to help you out.Doesn't hesitate, rent this unit, just keep the windows shut.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The train horns previously mentioned in other reviews no longer exist. The property is even better in real life. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous apartment with one major flaw
This is a beautiful place, appears to be brand new, the furnishings are fantastic, the setup (as far as utensils/linens/basics) was perfect, and the beds were quite comfortable. The amenities at the building are also top notch - the bowling alley was fun.
Unfortunately, the unit is 20 feet away from 6 train tracks, and the trains blew their air horns about every 15-20m, all day, all night. Even with ear plugs, sleep was difficult.
My Lyft driver let me know that there is apparently some fighting going on over the noise with the city, and it's possible that the trains issue will be resolved, so I'd check with the property owner first before dismissing this place out of hand - everything else was amazing.
Location-wise, it's great, about a thirty minute walk to the Delta Center and the Convention Center. You can see the mountains from the rooftop deck, which is nice.
The property owner was very helpful and gracious, so that's another plus.
As soon as the train issue is resolved, I'd love to stay here again.
