Accommodation

The apartment consists of 2 rooms:

- room with a double bed.

- room with two single beds.

- Dining room with 135cm double sofa bed, table, chairs and television.

- fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, oven and all kitchen utensils.

- magnificent terrace where you can enjoy your lunch, lunch or dinner watching the beach or a beautiful sunset.

The Augustinian Aragon building located in front of the Platja de Ponent offers an ideal location in terms of services and distance to the town center.

The apartment is elegantly decorated and features a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished terrace and a bathroom. In addition, a flat-screen TV is included. Salou Train Station is 2 km away, while Port Aventura Theme Park is 10 minutes away.

It is a quiet building where groups of friends will not be accepted due to the tranquility of both the area and the rest of the neighbors.

Activities and attractions

Unbeatable location on the seafront, beautiful views of the beach a few meters from restaurants and main shops, next to a bus and taxi stop, especially for families who want maximum comfort and tranquility, it is a few meters from the marina, you can also go to port -venture or aquopolis since it is 2 km away, especially well located next to the center of Salou.







House's rules:

Animals are not accepted

1st. We are available for any consultation in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels, towel supplement € 4 / person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 17:00 to 20:00)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 17:00 (if there is a guest who leaves that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00). Check-in before 17:00 may incur a surcharge.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as they found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave the trash in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7º. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
