Ok sted fir å sove, bestilte fam rom fikk et dobbelt rom med opptrådd sofa, det ble veldig trangt å lite, viste de bilde som dere har på siden deres fik beskjed at det var ikke fra det hotelet,måtte stå i kø for frokost lite plass til alle gjestene

Var meget dårlig utvalg til frokosten.

Pent og greit hotell for oss når vi skulle besøke Old Trafford. 15-20 min gange dit. Var 4 stk på familierom, noe som var rimelig trangt. Frokost var egentlig bare toast! Bringer eget pålegg neste gang.

Fotballtur
Hotellet lå nært stadion, ca 15 minutter å gå. Samtidig nært spisesteder og kino. Jeg vil gjerne anbefale dette hotellet.

Perfekt for fotballtur
Bra standard, grei service, grei pris. Frokosten var sånn midt på treet. Glass og kopper må dobbeltsjekkes. Her var det mye tvilsom vask. Ikke noe luksushotell, men verdt prisen og vel så det. Rommene var rene og velutstyrte. Utsikt og gangavstand til Old Trafford. Perfekt for fotballturer. Kommer til å bruke dette igjen.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The views from the hotel was amazing, and so was the breakfast. About 10 min walk to Old Trafford which was the reason for going. Will definitely be back in the future

I arrived early (2pm), staff reminded me that checking in was 3 pm. No worries I'll wait in Reception From 2.30 onward I watched a succession of people check in, none turned away. So at 3pm exactly I checked in and asked how long they would have left me waiting next to the desk if I hadn't re-approached. No-one likes troublesome guests so I guess that's why I got the room with no heating. Too cold to shower, frosty staff. not a great experience... I've stayed at the HI on Liverpool (Road?) about half a mile away recently and cannot praise there staff highly enough.

This hotel is in desperate need of updates and repairs. The front desk staff are helpful enough but we had alot of issues, had to change rooms and the new room had just as many problems. The air conditioning, TVs, toilets etc are all in poor condition and a lot aren’t working at all. There are a lot of hotels in the area, I wouldn’t stay here.

One night stay after a visit to old Trafford for a football game. Area is nice and hotel is located well for stadium. Lots of restaurants around and easy access to other areas of Manchester. Staff in the hotel were friendly and really helpful. Hotel clean, tidy and well equipped. Some areas of our room could have done with a refresh but overall a good standard. Breakfast was good and we left happy with our experience.

Check in could improve
Awful service at check in. We and a small queue totally ignored by two receptionists who were doing other things on phones and computer. Couldn’t be bothered to look up and apologise and acknowledge our existence or apologise for the long wait. Otherwise all good.

location is good. Parking is 7quid for every 24 hours. breakfast was terrible....especially for people who are vegetarian.

Small beds. Family of 4 had a standard double and smaller than double sofa bed. Not the best nights sleep any of us have had. Breakfast basic and not the best quality food. Carpet filthy but otherwise the hotel was clean.

Watch out at breakfast time.
Room facilities good. Breakfast facilities totally inadequate when the hotel is busy. Staff overworked trying to deliver breakfast with failing equipment in a tight space.
