Salford Central train station is a short walk from the apartment, with frequent services into Manchester Piccadilly and beyond. Manchester city centre is 10 to 15 minutes by tram or train. Manchester Airport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes by car or accessible via public transport from Salford Central.

The M60 and M602 motorways are easily accessible for contractors travelling across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and the North West. MediaCityUK tram stop connects you directly to Manchester Piccadilly in under 20 minutes.

*No Parties or Events

Unauthorised parties or events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or gathering beyond the registered guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and a £2,000 damage and remediation charge applied.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM

This is a residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards out of consideration for neighbours.



*No Smoking Indoors

Strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy inside the apartment. If smoking is detected indoors, a £1,000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and remediation. An outdoor area is available for smokers.



*Noise and Air Quality Monitoring

The property uses noise and air quality monitoring systems. Evidence of parties, excessive noise or indoor smoking will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.



*Stays Over 10 Nights

Stays over 10 nights require an additional biweekly housekeeping visit for an extra fee. Full details provided at booking.



*Online Check-In Required

The lead guest must complete our secure pre check-in form, agree to our terms, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport before arrival. Access will only be granted once this is completed.



*Check-In and Check-Out Policy

Check-in: from 4PM

Check-out: by 10AM

Early check-in or late check-out: from £20, subject to availability. Earliest check-in 12PM; latest check-out 1PM. Bookable instantly in our guest portal.



*Security Deposit or Damage Waiver

We require either:

A refundable security deposit of £300-£500, or

A non-refundable damage waiver of £50-£80



*Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A fee of £100 per pet per stay applies. Maximum two dogs or one cat.
