Fine rom, hyggelig/behjelpelig betjening. Personlig veldig glad i plasseringen pga. nærheten til Old Trafford. Trekk for under middels middagsmat (noe jeg dessverre håpet var top-notch mtp. at det er ganske langt til nærmeste restaurant), knirkete seng, støy fra heis på vårt rom og etter norsk standard ekstremt dyr frokost (12-14£ pr. pers. pr. dag - et tilbud vi takket fint nei til). Legg merke til at taxi-tjenesten i Manchester ikke er pålagt å ha barnesete tilgjengelig, så sjekk rutetider på trikk, buss og tog hvis dere har tidlig avgang med små barn og ikke ønsker å kjøre uten barnesete. Hotellet ligger også vegg i vegg med Ibis Budget, hvor vi to ganger kjente tydelig lukt av cannabis ved passering utvendig. Om det kom fra Ibis, AC eller et annet sted kan jeg ikke svare på. Trikkestoppet ligger rett ved hotellet, og hotellet ligger mer eller mindre midt mellom Trafford Centre og sentrum. Trafford-senteret var mye større enn forventet så sett av god tid hvis dere skal dit. Utenom det var jeg veldig positivt overrasket over at vi fikk badekar på rommet. Og rommet vårt lå slik til at vi ikke fikk noe støy fra veien. Tv-en hadde chromecast innebygd så der var det bare å sette på favorittprogrammet om man ønsket det. Og renholdspersonalet kom mens vi var ute, selv om vi hengte opp ja-takk lappen etter kl. 12 på en søndag. Alt i alt vil jeg si at hotellet var verd prisen vi betalte så lenge man ikke spiser der, og får et rom som ikke ligger inntil heisen.

Fantastisk hjelp i fra resepsjonen ved behov. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Frokostservering: Dårlig service rundt frokostserveringen. Bordene ble ikke vasket og gjort klar for ny bordsetting etter hvert som folk forlot sitt bord. Lite sunn og variert mat. ⭐⭐

Nice hotel close to Old Trafford
Comfortable beds, good breakfast, helpful staff. Nice to have the Matchstick Man (pub) just across the street. Tram also conveniently close, takes you to the city centre in less than 15 minutes. Have stayed here once before, and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much the only things i could grumble about would the poor flush on the toilet and the extractor fan not working. Overall a lovely stay with both tram lines easily accesible and close the quays for a lovely walk.

Hotel was great and very clean, the only 2 things that let it down for me was, the bed was really, really hard, which i grant you is a personal taste but the other is parking..it says on Expedia that parking is available. However it is really limited and the car park is shared with another hotel. I dont think its 'patrolled' as its ANPR and you have register and pay inside the hotels but there are a hell of alot of vehicles parked outwith bays and it's horrendous to get out of the spaces as there are cars parked eveywhere, parked on corners and against walls and motorcycle spots. It really needs to by highlighted in the description that are limited spaces as i chose this hotle specifically because it said parking available.

Had to leave my room 4/5 different times from the 7th floor to get an extra duvet. Reception said they will sort, then after the 3rd time of coming down for the duvet, the receptionist was clocking off. Considering the price, overall terrible

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. No issues parking even though Man United were playing at home that afternoon. Got a space easily. Room was spotless, bed was comfy and it was really quiet through the night. We paid for breakfast and there was nothing wrong with it at all. Good selection of hot and cold food - same as most hotels. My only gripe was no milk and few tea bags. Four coffee pods came with the machine. To be fair though I could have asked for some but I just couldn’t be bothered to go downstairs as we were only there one night. Nearby is a shell garage with shop and Tesco. Tram into the city is across the road. We would use it again. All staff we met were lovely and friendly. Don’t be put off by some of the reviews.

Great Hotel in a Good Location
Great hotel with pleasant staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Been to this hotel a few times now and it's always a good experience. There was a problem with teh TV's this time however, they kept freezing and losing their connection to the server which was anoying. I did report to reception and they were aware of the problem and apologised. They always have the subtitles turned on as well which is anoyying as you can't turn them off. Very distracting for those of us that don't need them turned on.

Although the hotel was lovely and clean. The room was disappointing. We put 2 guests on booking but only got 1 bath towel had to request another. We booked a queen bed but was given two twin beds put together which made sleeping together difficult having to share one twin bed as the two bed would not stay together if this would have been advised to use we would have got a double room. Due to this it made our stay uncomfortable/unpleasant. Despite the bad the staff were lovely always greeted us in passing

I liked the library area upstairs with the games and books. The breakfast was great. The staff were wonderful especially Vanessa and.Ash. Very clean and spacious room. The only downside was the price for drinks in the bar and we could not use cash. It was card only.

I stayed for work and although the hotel was excellent in terms of staff, room and facilities, my experience was awful. The first room I was allocated was next to the lift shafts on the 8th floor. The noise kept me awake all night. It was like torture; I’d just nod off and then be woken again. The lift the ran constantly from 6:30am. The staff were brilliant and moved me to another room. However, this room was an adjoining room and the person next to me had the TV on loud until late, the TV in my room didn’t work and I also had no internet so had to hotspot my phone to work. The tap in the bathroom didn’t work properly. I was moved to an another room for my third evening at the hotel. This room was two rooms from the lift shaft and despite being assured that this room would be quiet, it was not and I was awake for hours during the night again. I will not be using this hotel again and certainly would not recommend it.

Lovely clean hotel, staff were extremely lovely and welcoming. No mirror in the hotel room (only bathroom) so made it hard to blow dry/curl or straighten hair. Two single beds pushed together with tiny pillows, room was very cold. If it wasn’t for the staff being amazing rate would be lower.

Hotel was good value for the money and was a lovely stay. Comfy bed, quiet and clean. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly! Parking wasn’t too bad either compared to some of the hotels in the city centre!

Sleepless night
Disabled alarm going off all night in the room next door. They tried to fix it but didn't manage to until about 7am. Result was a sleepless night and wasn't offered as much as a coffee when i complained.
