Villa Eichi is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Eichi you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of Salerno. Villa Eichi is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace, a private patio, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Salerno, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles), a grocery store at 2.3 km (roughly 1.4 miles), the bus stop at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile) and the closest beach (Torrione beach) at 4.3 km (roughly 2.7 miles).
Villa Eichi is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Eichi you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Please note that access to Villa Eichi is along a 1.5-kilometer (0.9 miles) unpaved road.
Villa Eichi is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment with separate entrance on the top floor.

Please note: there is a breeding of dogs just below the villa. Dogs may bark sometimes.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is an infinity pool. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the coast. You will share the pool with the owners. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm.
Terrace
The terrace is 55 square meters (590 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic wood roof. It is equipped with two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will be able to have fun with a football table. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a bright view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the coast. You will share the terrace with the owners.
Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window which overlooks the back of the house.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
