Cosy holiday apartment with own entrance

The separate holiday apartment Salemer See is located in the historic village center of the town. It is only 120 meters to the shore of the lake and only 180 meters to the bathing area.
The holiday apartment can be accessed via its own entrance on the first floor. There are 3 rooms and a bathroom. The floor area is approx. 56m². A modern kitchen-living room and 2 bedrooms offer up to 4 holiday guests a cozy place to stay near the lake.
Next to the house there are 2 parking spaces for cars and an electric filling station with a Type 2 plug. In front of the house there is a front garden with garden furniture and a beach chair, from where you can look out onto a pond with water lilies, koi and frogs. This area is used exclusively by holiday guests.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. In the larger one there is a wide, special double bed, which can be converted into two single beds if desired. There are 2 beds in the smaller bedroom. If only 1 bed is needed, there is a desk in this room. There are cupboards for personal items in all rooms.
The eat-in kitchen consists of a kitchen area with 2 refrigerators. One has a large freezer compartment. In the living area there is 1 sofa and 2 chairs. A large television and a rustic cupboard create a cozy atmosphere.
The holiday apartment has free WiFi with up to 300 MBit - fiber optic.
The swimming area can be reached in just 2 minutes. There is a boat rental shop next to it.
At the end of town there is a farm shop that also offers lunch. There is a good restaurant right in town.
Holiday guests also have the opportunity to purchase a fishing permit.
