«I booked this Guest House for my daughter and her friend for three nights based on the positive reviews from the Hotels.com app and a couple of other sites. Which I don't think are now genuine. Unfortunately - this is one of the worst experiences we have endured. The room was disgusting to say the least. It was dirty, dead insects, soiled bed linen and pillows, a used condom too! Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this ...

«Beautiful location right on the calm Beach. Be sure to get a "Facing" room, as we originally booked non-facing (without knowing), and the bungalows were facing the busy road instead of the beautiful Beach. Had to pay quite a lot extra to get the "facing" room wich we thought we already had. Luckily they were not already booked because we pre-paid so couldnt change hotels. The "non-facing" rooms i would not stay in, warm, busy, noisy. The difference is huge!»
