«Exelent service»

«Et fantastisk sted uovertruffent på alle måter Antagelig det beste (og dyreste) i Goa men verdt hver rupi. »

«We returned to collect an item we had accidentally left behind and were told it would already be waiting at reception. When we arrived, it turned out it hadn’t actually been retrieved yet. We were repeatedly told “2 more minutes,” but ended up waiting around 30 minutes. For most of that time there didn’t appear to be any real search happening. Once someone finally checked the lost-and-found, the item was located in about 30 seconds. The delay felt unnecessary and frustrating, especially since we ...

«Veldig bra hotell. Nært stranda. Fint med basseng også. God frokost med mye variasjon. Hyggelige resepsjonister og serviceinnstilte ansatte ellers»

«This hotel was filled with Russian charter tourists. The place needs a serious update, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are crying for renovation. Wifi was not functioning at all. The service in the hotel was very poor. There were always a bunch of hotel staff both at the reception and in the hotel restaurant, however it seemed like nobody was really interested to help.»

«The room had a special inconvenient smell when entering. The pool is only 4 feet deep, but still very easy to see that the water was everything but clean. Check out was… the longest check-out experience I’ve ever had - 52 minutes. No late check out possible, despite the resort was practically empty. BUT the resort had a very knowledgeable and helpful chef - all honor to him! »

«Cleanliness of the property is very very high standard. Everything was clean. Staff is helpful and polite. Rooms are big. Breakfast is nice they provide one fasting preparation. I enjoyed my stay.»

«Für indische Verhältnisse war alles gut. »

«Hotels.com burde opplyst at aktiviteten på hotellet var sterkt redusert på grunn av at vi dro utenfor sesongen. Stranden var tom for folk og strandbaren var stengt. Bassengbaren stengte også tidlig og hadde begrenset utvalg på menyen. Hadde det vært høysesong ville det nok vært langt bedre. Men utsøkt service og renhold!»

«Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor»

«My stay at Jasminn was absolutely fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good, the room was clean and I enjoyed it very much! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!»
