Greit på alle måter! Det meste blir jo stort sett pirk. Hovedspisesalen hadde problemer med å holde, spesielt glass, til gjestene. Virket som det var for lite av det på kjøkkenet. Maten var grei, men ikke mer. Middagene var tilrettet på en litt uvant måte, sammenliknet med andre steder vi har vært. Strandområder fint, men dårligste badestranda fra der og til St Maria.

Rimelig all inklusive hotell, men
Hotellet som er en del av kjede som har 3 hotellet på rekke. Dette hotellet er garantert det eldste og er derfor rimeligst av de 3. Hotellet bære preg av å være gammelt, men har sine positive sider. Jeg vil anbefale all inklusive hotell hvis man skal ha slapp av ferie på Øyen. Restaurantene varier av kvalitet.

Connexion internet déplorable. Ce n’est pas un 5* mais plutôt un petit 4*. Le personnel n’est pas formé pour un 5*. Les suites sont très bien. A la plage les parasols sont tous à refaire mais autrement c’est très agréable. Nourriture très bonne à part au Pasta Nostra, décevant.

The atmosphere and landscaping looks really great. However, we couldn’t make reservations for dinner because they were always full, minutes after opening time. It was nearly impossible to get hot water in our villa so we took cold showers every night. Lastly, none of the bars would make any drinks without alcohol. For being “all inclusive” they only mean for people who drink alcohol. We stayed in a hotel in Praia that had burning hot water and was a fraction of the cost. I won’t be staying here again.

The property staff was not courteous nor helpful when I called ahead and told them I’d land early. Upon arrival, I had to wait 5 hours for an “early” check in. The food was not good. The redeeming quality is the beach.

WiFi is only available in the bar or pool area, not in room. Weak WiFi reception whenever it was available. Long wait time (2 hours) for dinner although reservation was made. You are required to make a dinner reservation however there was no availability to even make a reservation in advance as all restaurants were completely reserved. Housekeeping cleaning was incredibly poor. Trash was not taken out for days, small bugs crawling everywhere, same unclean sheets were being used to make the bed even though requested for new clean sheets. TV cable and phone service stopped working. There is an extra charge for pool/beach towels even with all inclusive. Overall a poor experience and one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Positivt: God mat på de bokningsbara restaurangerna. God frukost. Trevlig underhållning om kvällarna. Trevlig personal. Stort rum med stor balkong! Negativt: Något kyliga pooler. Personalen tog lång tid på sig att komma upp med saker till rummet, vid ett tillfälle fick vi säga till 3 gånger för att få lite mer balsam. Jacuzzin på rummet gick inte att sätta igång, vi fick svaret att den bara var för "syn skull" och gick bara att använda som ett vanligt badkar. Vi är sammantaget nöjda och rekommenderar hotellet.

Ci siamo stati la prima settimana di Ottobre 2019, io e mia moglie. Cibo e servizi ottimi. Ma sopratutto mai avevo trovato un "ALL INCLUSIVE" dove tutto era veramente inclusive! Succhi, birre, vino alcolici, cocktail, tutto quello che volevi ... i nordici si "sguarano" solo di questo! Qua e là la struttura necessita di qualche ritocco (ovviamente essendo Africa non si pretende quanto un 5 stelle Europeo o Americano). Ci sono 3 ristoranti alla carta per i quali non è necessario pagare niente in più se si è nella formula "all inclusive". Molto richiesti e prenotabili di 3 gg in 3 gg per cui fatelo subito appena arrivate o il gg successivo. Dei 3 sconsiglio quello in spiaggia a mezzogiorno perchè sono troppo lenti e il caldo vi molesta, mentre è ottimo la sera su prenotazione. il ristorante "Acqua" provatelo se volete almeno 1 volta ma non ci ha esaltato. Mentre "Pasta Nostra" è ottimo sia per carne che pesce, e finite con il loro tiramisù che è "SPAZIALE". Ho utilizzato anche la palestra per 4 volte, piccolina ma c'è tutto. L'unico neo è la spiaggia che con la bassa marea scopre il fondale roccioso. Però a 15 min a sinistra c'è la stupenda Punta Pedra, e a 3 minuti a destra 2 insenature artificiali con acqua calma e pulita. L'isola purtroppo non offre molto per cui vi proporranno il tour per mostrarvi quelle 4/5 cose che hanno ma i 25 Euro del giro sono sprecati. Anche il WIFI è da potenziare: funziona a singhiozzo nelle camere, bene in piscina e in spiaggia, poco nella hall.

Le buffet de restauration etait impecable qualité, l'inventivité, propreté. Etat de la chambre (appartement ) tres bien , bonne literie. Piscine tres bien . Localisation nikel. Par contre je trouve pas normale de ne pas avoir été prevenu sur la malhonnêteté de vendeurs d expédition qui sont juste a la sortie de l hôtel en permanence.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel en famille pour une escale. Et c’était entièrement suffisant vu les conditions. Pour commencer je réserve sur internet une nuit pour fin août. Suite à un beug du site, je me retrouve avec une nuit d’hôtel réservée pour août et une nuit pour septembre. J’annule dans la seconde qui suit celle pour septembre. Je suis évidemment prélevée pour cette réservation. Arrivée à l'hôtel, aucun geste commercial ne m’est proposé. La condition d’annulation est stricte. Le gérant ne descend même pas nous l’expliquer, il se contente de dicter sa réponse à la réceptionniste. Et quand bien même il savent que je ne me présenterai pas en septembre ils me prélèvent bien de plus de 130e. Bravo. Bonne entrée en matière pour notre arrivée. Ensuite, sur la réservation est noté « Hôtel Meliá Tortuga - All inclusive ». Sur ma confirmation n’étais indiqué nulle part que nous n’aurions pas le droit au all inclusive. ATTENTION. Quand je suis allée me plaindre a la réception en leur montrant mon mail de réservation avec la notion « ALL INCLUSIVE », le réceptionniste me répond « c’est le nom de l'hôtel Madame ». Le nom de l'hôtel est donc Hôtel Meliá Tortuga ALL INCLUSIVE, mais il n’y a pas de all inclusive pour tout le monde. Comment arnaquer des gens ? Voici la solution. Inutile de préciser que je ne le recommanderai en aucun cas.

Les chambres ont un vrai besoin de rafraîchissement, il y a du moisi, de la rouille, nettoyage médiocre et invraisemblable un patron britannique qui a racheté les 3 hôtel Melia, qui est toujours bourré et qui ce prend pour une diva a qui tout doit être à sa volonté et désir, aucune attention en vers les envie des clients, un abus au point de vouloir une cliente qui était au bar avec son petit ami, d’apres Les dires de certains employés, ça n’est pas la première fois, qu’il a jeté des clients de l’hotel Parce qu’il n’ont pas accepté son offre, par la suite il leurs paye un autre hôtel et leur paye une indemnité pour ne rien poster sur les réseaux sociaux, une honte!!

Hotel com funcionários bem simpáticos, alguns problemas pontuais e simples de resolver.. nada que atrapalhasse a minha estadia. Por ser um hotel 5 estrelas mais barato da região, era de se esperar essas falhas.. quem quer perfeição reserve o hotel mais caro e não terá problemas. Fiquei frustado com o meu check-in as 22h.. todos os restaurantes fecham exatos as 22h e pra quem chega tarde, eles deixam prontos numa mesa de restaurante um lanche feito, uma fruta + agua mineral + pao + manteiga e uma fatia de queijo. Deveriam ter pelo menos uma máquina automática de café que eles usam várias durante o dia, um microondas, sanduiches gelados.. ou seja nao precisa ter restaurante 24h.. mas poderiam amenizar facilmente com essa logística.. o empreendor de sucesso é aquele que consegue se passar pelo cliente.. ele realmente não gostará de chega cansado de uma viagem e ter esse tipo de refeição após as 22h. Outra coisa as sobremesas.. não são primorosos como um hotel 5 estrelas deveria ter.. mas eu voltaria lá tranquilamente...

Cobran el servicio de taxi a 25 mientras lo normal es 12, la consulta médica a 90 mientras allí vale 1,5 euros. Intentamos anular una noche y ni siquiera fueron capaces de tener un detalle xq según ellos no se podía anular, otros 140 euros para su bolsillo. Muy mal servicio, no hay hamacas libres en la piscina, el wifi funciona muy mal y solo en zonas comunes. Cucarachas en zonas comunes y gatos que se tiran a por comida. La ubicación tampoco es buena, está a pie de playa pero en una playa donde no hay mas que rocas... Decepcionados totalmente, no volveremos a este hotel.

Food was good but not great and the staff (with a few exceptions) weren't the friendliest. They weren't rude but some had a demeanor like they didn't want to be there or you were putting them out. The WiFi was terrible.

L'hotel aurait besoin d'être rafraichi, les chambres sont correctes en revanche si le frigo pouvait être rempli ce serait vraiment mieux ainsi qu'une machine à café. Les jardins sont vraiment beaux et agréables avec toutes les fleurs et les chats qui s'y promènent. L'hotel n'est pas très grand donc la plage est proche et calme. Le seul gros point négatif pour ma part est la nourriture qui n'est pas très bonne au restaurant principal et celui de la plage.
