Serviços absolutamente extraordinários! Seja em animação seja em gastronomia. No entanto, a limpeza fica a desejar. Encontrei baratas grandes e pequenas dentro do quarto. O que não é agradável.

Staff is impersonal, particularly at reception where they need to be super helpful. My husband come down with flu and asked at reception if they had any medicine and the answer was “ no “ and end of, not an alternative offered or even indicating the nearest pharmacy. Rooms were okay, clean but worn out and the daily room keeping rushed as I would find dirt on the floor from the day before. Food was well cooked and tasty but not much variety offered as the days went by.

El hotel en su conjunto está muy bien; ofrecen bastantes servicios (entretenimiento, una clase gratuita de buce, bar y restauración) las instalaciones son grandes y muy cerca de la playa. Uno de los puntos negativos es que, pese a ser un todo incluido, el wifi es de pago (1 hora 2€) y los bungalows están algo viejos y no demasiado bien cuidados (aunque todo está limpio). Otra pega es que la carta de bebidas en los bares es bastante pequeña y que en los buffetes de comida no se indican los alergenos de cada preparación. No obstante, el personal es muy atento y amable, lo que compensa los aspectos negativos.

Hotel très bien situé, accès direct plage, les jardins sont magnifiques très bien entretenus. Bonne animation, personnel sympa, bons restaurants. Il faudrait chauffer au moins une piscine par contre, car l'eau est très froide même s'il fait beau (en janvier)

Ho soggiornato i primi 8 giorni di gennaio! struttura con servizio all inclusive ottimo! Il cibo era sempre molto vario e gustoso! I vassoi vengono sempre rimpiazzati non appena terminano! Il personale in servizio per la pulizia dei tavoli e la raccolta dei piatti sporchi è davvero gentile e simpatico! L’hotel ci ha dato 3 vaucher per delle cene speciali nei loro altri 3 ristoranti che consistevano in menu italiano, menu assaggio e menu di pesce alla griglia servito in spiaggia! Davvero cucine buone, bravissimi gli chef e i camerieri sempre competenti con il servizio al tavolo! L’animazione c’e ma non sono invadenti, ho visto che c’era un mini club per i bimbi e animazione tutte le sere alle ore 21.00 preceduto da balletto dei bimbi (almeno nelle sere a cui sono andata). Hotel posizionato vicino al centro di santa maria! Spiaggia attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini nonché bar in spiaggia per le bibite! Ci sono 3 piscine adulti e 3 da bambini con spazio riservato ai lettini! Noi abbiamo soggiornato nei bungalow, forse sarebbero un po’ da sistemare nei serramenti e nei sanitari, pero tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene, c’e anche il climatizzatore e tv in camera e un tavolino con due sedie nella veranda! Pulizie giornaliere!

Staff were lovely and friendly. I didn’t like the additional costs on top of an all inclusive such as WiFi and using an iron. The beds were hard and housekeeping was not always the best as they kept on giving one less towel.

Alimentação diversificada,e bem confecionada fruta diversificada e abundante e sobremesas de qualidade, muito melhores e nada comparáveis aos dos resorts espanhóis que parecem artificiais. Basta dizer que os chefes de cozinha são portugueses.

The hot water was hit and miss. The shower head didn’t fit properly so it was hard to stand under the Water. This was after an ‘upgrade’ from bungalow to main Building. The rooms need updating. Spa does not mean spa but rather massage service which is charged. Gym ok but you have to leave hotel to get to it. I was unwell most of holiday. Not sure if water or food. Overall won’t return and not worth the money. Island beautiful but small and sadly ruined by litter.

Funcionários simpáticos. Hotel bem situado. Resort já muito antigo. Pouca variedade tanto na comida como na bebida. Os cocktails são servidos em copos pequenos e de plástico. Os jogos disponíveis estão em muito mau estado. Enfim, muito a melhorar.

Hemos viajado 6 amigas en grupo. Hotel con buenas instalaciones, buenas piscinas y agradable habitacion, la cual estaba semi nueva y limpia. El buffet muy excaso, te retiran los platos enseguida. Lo mejor de todo los trabajadores de la animacion, como yaya, rosana, dalida, deso etc. Un encanto de personas y como bailan... Tiene aspectos a mejorar y deverian de trabajar en ello ya que el hotel tiene una hubicacion magnifica, al lado del pueblo y de una playa muy bonita.

Hôtel correct, propre et calme. Personnel sympathique et animations appréciables. Piscines sympas et grande plage de sable fin au bord de l hôtel. En revanche, le restaurant principal est moyen (plutôt cantine) et les horaires du midi seraient à élargir pour fluidifier le flux de personnes. Les bungalows pour 4 sont petits et le lit superposé pas adapté pour de jeunes enfants. D'ailleurs le lit superposé n'était même pas préparé à notre arrivee la nuit et il manquait un matelas. Enfin je trouve limite pour un service all inclusive de proposer en option payante le WiFi (et uniquement dans les parties communes) ainsi que le coffre fort de la chambre... Malgré quelques couacs la semaine a été agréable. Je recommande quand même cet hôtel.

Hôtel agréable. Personnel très sympa. Très propre.
Nous sommes partis 11 jours dans cet hôtel avec notre fils de 14 ans( mathis) qui s'est senti comme un poisson dans l'eau. Il s'est eclatè avec tous les animateurs et le personnel. Le Cap Vert est encore un pays pas trop touché par le tourisme de masse. Les Cap Verdiens sont tous très sympas. La devise "No Stress" s'applique complètement.

Hôtel de belle capacité même si toute une partie était en travaux. Deux piscines ouvertes sur trois mais malgré cela nous avons pu avoir toute la semaine des transats disponibles aussi bien en bord de piscine qu'à la plage . magnifique plage de sable blond juste à côté de l'hôtel. Nous avons séjourné dans des chambres dite supéreiures en bord de piscine . grandes mais qui mériteraient d'être un peu retapées au niveau des rideaux et de la salle de bain veillissante. Nourriture tout à fait correcte sauf le restaurant le salinas ! toutes sortes de boissons offertes aux différents bars et une légère équipe d'animation ont rendu ce séjour très agréable .

Sejour en famille octobre 2015
Bon hôtel et bien situé. Chambre bungalow sympathique et propre. Pas beaucoup d animations car je pense peu de moyens. Nourriture médiocre pourtant nous sommes pas du genre difficile, hormis le petit déjeuner qui est correct. Sinon ç est pâtes, pommes de terre et riz sous toutes les coutures.

The resort is in a very nice area of the beach of Santa Maria probably the best. It needs lots of renovation and more cleaning the washroom in the bungalows was smelling really bad I did complain about it as soon I got there. The food was ok. Some staff was very nice but another's had a rude way to talk. The wi-fi was really bad we couldn't get no signal in the bungalow. But the animation people was the best of the hotel very friendly and always there to entertain us and help us with what ever we need. Overal was ok.

Férias impecáveis em família - Agosto 2015
Umas férias impecáveis. Fui com a minha família (1 casal e 2 crianças) ficámos num Bungalow Superior relativamente perto da praia e do restaurante Salinas onde são os espetáculos noturnos. A comida é razoável, a simpatia de toda a equipa é excelente. Os bungalows são razoavelmente amplos e confortáveis. O ar condicionado é bom, deixando o ar quente e húmido lá fora com muita facilidade. Muitas atividades, boas piscinas (são 3) e a dois minutos da praia. A internet é paga, o que não é normal nos dias de hoje. Apenas de lamentar a pouca variedade de fruta (melancia, laranja, ananás em calda, pêssego em calda e pouco mais). A sopa é bastante boa. Dicas: a vila de Santa Maria fica a cinco minutos a pé e é segura mas há vários vendedores senegaleses que são bastante persistentes na técnica de venda, sendo por vezes incómodos. Aproveitar para provar o grogue de percebes!! Há uma pequena loja perto do hotel mas que é bastante cara, melhor comprar nas lojas da vila de Santa Maria. Nunca aceitar os preços dados pelos vendedores sem regatear. O táxi do aeroporto até ao hotel fica em 15,00€. Aceitam euros em todo o lado, não sendo necessário levar ou trocar escudos cabo-verdianos. Agosto de 2015

Great all inclusive option for Sal
I enjoyed a week here with my 2 sons aged 16 & 20. We chose a quiet place as we wanted a relaxing holiday and this is certainly the place. The hotel is relatively small but extends out into the grounds with a number of bungalows with more accommodation. These are great and we were certainly happy with the location of ours being close to the beach. We tried all 3 restaurants and found the food to be by good throughout. The staff were efficient and helpful rather than very friendly. We also enjoyed the tennis court, pool table and table tennis table. The pools and surrounding areas were clean and the beach bar was excellent. Loved the beach which when you move away from the hotel areas is deserted. A brilliant place to relax.
