Beautiful 3 bedroom chalet, nice warm room with smart TV, really clean bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. Everything was furnished in 2021. Come and enjoy the cleanest chalet in the region!

On the other side, it's the Massif de Charlevoix! Descend the mountain while plunging into the magnificent view of the St. Lawrence River.

Around the corner from your shelter? The Quebec-Oies farm, with delicious products ... take the time to stop for a little visit! Not very far either, there is the farm of Canardises just as nice to visit.

You are at the gates of Charlevoix, a little tour in the magnificent village of Baie St-Paul is essential. Why not stop by for a visit to the Casino?

Take a trip to the Canyon du Mont Ste Anne for a more adventurous activity, or simply go for a walk on the Sentiers des Caps de St-Tite ... the most beautiful trail in Quebec!

Not very far: golf, paintball, farm for children, museum for children, seriously there is so much to do that finally you must come back

- Il y a des serviettes d'inclus, mais si vous avez un chalet avec spa, je suggère d'en apporter si vous estimez qu'une seule serviette par personne pour la douche ne sera pas suffisant.
- Tous les consomables dans la cuisine ne sont pas inclus (ex: essuis-tout, papier d'alluminium, papier plastique, etc.) Nous avons de l'huile, du sel et du poivre.
- Vous êtes du genre très frileux ? Apportez-vous des pentoufles ou une couverte :) Il ne fait pas froid dans le chalet en général, mais parfois c'est mieux d'avoir des pentoufles que de mettre le chauffage au maximum :)
- Aucun feu d'artifice ne sera toléré.
- Il n'est pas permis d'avoir des invités sans l'approbation écrite du propriétaire.
- Ne pas utiliser le foyer extérieur comme poubelle; des frais supplémentaires seront chargés dans ce cas.
- Le déneigement du stationnement est fait par le locateur. Toutefois, un déneigement partiel de l’entrée et la petite escalier est fait par l’équipe de ménage à la fin du séjour du client avant vous. Il est possible qu’il y ait de la neige ou glace s’il y a neigé ou plu entre ce dernier client et vous. Il pourrait en avoir sur les 2 petits escaliers, sur le balcon ou sur le spa. Une pelle et du sel sont fournis. Bref, vous êtes responsable du déneigement et déglacage au besoin. Merci de votre compréhension de la situation. Nous n’engageons pas personne à venir déneiger tous les fois qu’il neige pour garder nos prix relativement bas pour nos clients.
