The “Corniche d'Or” was one of the first grand hotels to open in 1903 in Anthéor, which has always been an “artists' nest,” frequented by painters, writers, and the Lumière family who invented cinema. Built on the hill overlooking the Ile des Vieilles, the grand hotel was later converted into a private residence. The apartment for rent is located in the former “royal suite” with the old loggia in the square turret, which offers a breathtaking view of the sea and direct walking access to the first coves and the fine sandy beach of Anthéor, right at the foot of the famous viaduct, on the edge of the state forest and the red rocks of Cap Roux in the Massif de l'Estérel.
Between Cannes and Saint-Tropez, Anthéor's “Corniche d'Or” is a privileged starting point for discovering the enchanting and unique landscape of the French Riviera, which has been used for commercials and film sets.
This beautifully renovated, fully equipped and air-conditioned apartment boasts uninterrupted views of the sea and Ile des Vieilles, at the foot of the red Esterel mountains, with direct walking access to the first coves and beach of Anthéor.

The apartment consists of a large living room with a nice sofa bed for 2 people, an armchair that opens to a single bed, and an additional folding bed. The dining room and kitchen are fully equipped and open onto a large balcony.

With family or friends, summer or winter, you will never tire of the breathtaking view and contrasting colors of the endless blue and red rocks.

For small purchases there is a convenience store on the Anthéor viaduct (open in season).
In Agay (5/10 minutes by car), you will find mini-markets (spar, small casino), bakeries, pharmacies, stores and restaurants.

You can also shop at the Monoprix store in Saint-Raphaël (online or in-store) and have your groceries delivered (for a small fee).

The Anthéor train station is just a 10-minute walk from the studio and provides easy access to stations in Saint-Raphaël, Agay, and even Cannes.
