Anmeldelser av populære hoteller i Saint-Louis

Palm Hotel and Spa

8/10 Bra

"We enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel, highlighted by its beautiful garden and the warm, welcoming demeanor of the staff. However, we did encounter some challenges. There was a persistent issue with the hot water, which was a bit disappointing. While the staff were friendly and attentive, it would have been helpful if they were more transparent about this ongoing concern. For families traveling with toddlers, we greatly appreciated the present found in our room. We did find the playroom lacking in activities suitable for younger children. Expanding the offerings in this area would enhance the experience for families with toddlers. Additionally, we faced some unfavorable weather during our stay, with cold, windy, and rainy days. It would be beneficial for the hotel to have more blankets readily available for guests during such occasions, ensuring everyone stays comfortable."
