Luxury 1900sf lake front cottage c/w game room, hot tub, pool, near golf course

Luxury lakefront 3 bedroom (sleeps 8), 2.5 bath beautiful cottage located at Twin Lakes Beach, which is 40 minutes from the Perimeter Hwy & #6 Hwy in Manitoba. The 4-season cottage comes complete with a main floor open concept layout, large dining area, gourmet kitchen, electric fireplace, 55" smart TV, central air conditioning and free Wifi. There are two bedrooms with bunkbeds with a lower double bed. The primary suite has a queen bed and ensuite complete with shower. The games room has a smart TV, pool table, many games, puzzles, etc. A washer & dryer are also available along with all bedding & towels. Patio doors lead to a large deck, to enjoy fabulous sunsets, and is covered over approximately half. Two BBQ's, luxury seating with fire table & hot tub are on the upper deck. The lower deck leads to a firepit area and above ground pool. There is another smaller deck on the east side, which also has a firepit. There are 2 kayaks, a canoe, paddle boats available for lake enjoyment along with a dock for fishing or launching the watercraft. A play structure with small house, slide & swings are available for young children's enjoyment. If you're into fishing Lake Manitoba has abundant fish, which you could fish from the dock or canoe. There are two public beaches nearby and Lake Manitoba Resort is minutes away that offers a 9-hole golf course and a full service, licensed restaurant.

This place is amazing and has everything you could possibly want. Furniture is top rate along with everything inside. View is gorgeous and all decks are fantastic. My daughter enjoyed the kayaking very much. This is a winner in all categories.

Wow, Wow, Wow!!! What a fabulous property this is - I don't think there is a single thing that I would want to change!Even though the weather didn't cooperate with us, a good time was had by all. Would stay again!

This place is nicer than my house and the kitchen is amazing! It was well stocked including some food items we didn’t touch since it was pretty clear the owners stay there often and that it was theirs.The grounds are very well kept and right on the water. There’s a play structure in the front yard that our 5 year old enjoyed. There’s a narrow channel running along the north side that boaters use to access the lake but it wasn’t busy or noisy. The pool and hot tub were awesome although there’s lots of bugs. Not surprising since the home is right next to the water. The neighbours were really nice and their two small dogs played with ours.Everything was very clean and the beddings were obviously freshly washed. It was well stocked with extra blankets and towels. There was literally nothing that we needed that the home didn’t have.An added bonus was that check in and out was super easy. There wasn’t a huge list of clean up items we HAD to do or get fined. That’s so rare with listings now.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view!

The owners obviously thought through details to make this a comfortable stay! The kitchen has everything you could want or need, and the space everywhere was so comfortable for our family of 5! There was something for everyone to enjoy from the pool table inside to the outdoor pool/hot tub! My daughter & I enjoyed eating our breakfast while looking out at the view of the lake every morning and watching the little families of Canadian geese! Having bunk beds in the 2 bedrooms was a nice touch the kids enjoyed, and I especially loved the beautiful fireplace! Everything looked modern, to me at least, and you can just tell that this home is well cared for and just a beautiful place to relax and enjoy! The owners were quick to answer any questions we had and really helped make this a memorable vacation for our family!

Perfect family getaway

The photos doesn't give justice to what this property offers. Perfect for your family to bond and relax. You'll experience nature in the comfort of your home. The back has a spectacular view of the lake and the side is a creek where kids can fish by the small dock. My kids especially enjoyed bird watching and playing in the play structure. If the weather doesn't cooperate, there's ton of board games the family can enjoy in the game room. The host are vey nice and is easy to reach. Definately will be back someday.

Gateway to Lake Manitoba

Fantastic location with luxurious accommodations!Our family spent three nights here during early April for spring break, and it exceeded all our expectations. It feels more like a beautiful open-concept home than a traditional cottage. The place was spotless and tastefully decorated.The playroom was a definite highlight—complete with a billiard table and an incredible collection of board games stacked all the way to the ceiling. We even discovered and played Crokinole for the first time, which was a fun surprise!The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, especially while soaking in it during near-freezing temperatures. The natural surroundings added to the magic, with scenic marshes nearby and a tree that was home to several eagles and large, vulture-like birds—an amazing sight to observe.The sunsets over the still-frozen lake were absolutely surreal.Thank you for everything—we got so much more than we anticipated. Highly recommended!

Brother and sister in laws getaway.

We had the most amazing time at this place. We planned a trip with myself, my husband, his 2 brothers and their wives. We do this once a summer. This place couldn’t have been more perfect. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. The pool, hot tub and pool table were great additions. The views were incredible and the cabin was gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing and close getaway

Incredible property with tons of space. We were lucky it was incredible weather when we were there but if not there was a large games room that could occupy your time. The pool was amazing on those hot days and the beach was just a short drive down the road. It’s such a quick drive from Winnipeg too and the gas station close by had everything, even a good sized food store. Such a great location! Will definitely come back soon!

Lake Life at its finest

We spent a week in July at Jerry and Debbie's beautiful house on Lake Manitoba. The property is even more amazing than the photos show! The main floor is spacious and has a gorgeous view of the yard right out to the lake. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay, from cooking and relaxing was available. There is more than enough space to accommodate a multiple families and still retain personal space. The bedrooms are well set up and all the beds are comfy. We had all types of weather and made the most of what the grounds offer: Hot weather in the pool, cool evenings in the hot tub, watching rainstorms from the deck or playing pool and board games in the games room. In fact, during our week there we only left the house twice: once to check out the beach and once to pick up a frozen pizza from the Petro Can on a whim. We have been taking multi family trips for years and this is the most complete place we've stayed and we're already discussing a return trip. Do not hesitate to book with Jerry and Debbie!

Perfect holiday all packed in to one

Cabin was gorgeous and had plenty of room and activities . We were worried weather would be an issue for our planned weekend , but now know if it had rained it wouldn’t have ruined our family time together. Our adult children had fun between pool and hot tub , and in the evening played pool in the basement . Great family time !! Everything we could have needed was here and more . Loved the binoculars left out for us to few the net by pelicans and bald eagle . Absolutely gorgeous and great weekend had by all !! Would def book this location again, and the owners were a gem to work with !!

Family getaway

Awesome place to stay, host were very friendly, courteous and responded right away when we had questions during our stay in their cottage. The cottage was very well stocked, had everything we needed during our stay also our stay was very pleasant. Our toddler had a great time and really enjoyed being outside and playing on the play structure. Host made an special effort, Our stay was very comfortable, no issues with anything, was even able to set off fireworks on the property
