"Central hotel a few minutes from the train station and by the marina. A 10ish minute walk to the beach. Alright and basic apartment. Clean. Sofa beds were disappointing. Worst pillows I have ever slept on. Hospitality of the staff not too impressive. Got told off twice for moving a single chair by the pool to fit our family, for no obvious reason other than «management prefers it that way». Would not return. "

"We stayed in the hotel section of Âncora Park, which is relatively new (around 4 years old), and we were very impressed. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. It's located a bit outside the city center, offering a more peaceful atmosphere while still being within easy reach of Lagos. The restaurant on site is excellent, and the pool area is a definite highlight - a large main pool, a separate children's pool, and plenty of sun loungers. One thing we really appreciated was that there was no hassle over sunbeds; no guests were reserving loungers without using them, which made for a much more relaxed experience. We also took part in a fantastic kayaking tour along the coast, exploring stunning white-sand beaches and paddling into sea caves and grottoes. The tour started within walking distance from the hotel, making it both convenient and unforgettable. All in all, a fantastic hotel that both my girlfriend and I would gladly return to. Highly recommended!"
