«The place was very cute and well laid out. Unfortunately I don’t think the host had time to clean after a previous guest - there was dog fur everywhere so I had to take allergy meds in order to be able to sleep. If the place had been clean it would have been absolutely perfect!»

«Excellent property just as listed. Actually, larger than I expected it to be. Softest bedding ever. Good location. Went to Superior for fishing. Less than 15 min from several boat ramps. Wing place at end of the street is next level. It was a little tight on the parking with my boat but I made it work. Very comfortable place. I would stay there again»

«My son and daughter, and their children, ages 9, 11, 13, and 16 all had a great time at this VRBO for 5 days. There was space for everyone to be together, and space for them to do things separately or in separate groups. It is ideal for a large group. The appliances and furnishings are of high quality and we had no issues with anything.»

«Cute house across the bridge from Duluth. Perfect for our mountain biking trip. We appreciated the central air and comfy bed after a hot day of riding, and the garage was a nice bonus for safely storing our bikes. While we didn't use it, the kitchen was well-appointed. Lots of nice touches here and there. Great base camp for 1-2 couples or a small family!»

«The property was clean and guest ready! Perfectly located in an area of town close to restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed the theme in the house. The enchanted forest had us looking everyday for new decorations in every corner. We had to go to Duluth for the marathon and it was super easy right over the bridge. All a great experience !!!»

«This is a new, clean property with large bedrooms and bathrooms. It worked perfectly for us (3 adult couples).»

«The set up of the house was nice where there was the basement for kids to play in as well as a fenced in back yard. It was nice to have two bathrooms with 8 people. It was wonderful to have two refrigerators; we used one for food and the other to keep bottled water and pop cold. If anyone has mobility problems, you can pretty much stay on the upper level. The location was convenient with being up on hill and just a short drive to many activities. Communication was good with the host. We ...

«The house was clean and communication was wonderful. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple hours! As others said, the house is old and there was a slight musty. Overall, the house worked well for us and the proximity to Duluth was nice.»

«The green bean was cozy»

«Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is a great setup for a large family, the beds were very comfortable, and the kids had a blast using the kayaks. We would absolutely consider staying here again because the location and layout were exactly what we were looking for. There were a few areas that could be improved. At check-in, I had to reach out to request the door code because it hadn’t been sent automatically. It also took some time to locate information about the property since ...

«Check in and communication was good. Good location to be near to many points of interest and activities. Property description should have been updated to reflect details of AC and status of garage. The AC was 1 window unit in 1 bedroom upstairs. It was not sufficient to keep sleeping area cool, even with the property supplied fans. The downstairs was completely un-air conditioned. This may not have been an issue other times of the year but it was exceptionally hot during our stay, and that is ...
