«Some parts are clean. Other parts were not more people going to the restaurant then the hotel. Staff was amazing for the most part ice machine was broken, and I’m pretty sure that milk in the espresso machine was bad cause it made me feel sick.»

«Staff were great, bar was great, location to golden 1 was great. Only downsides were the size of the room (small/cramped), the bathroom door is see through (awkward if it’s more than one person staying in the room), and the traffic/street train was very noisy and woke us up a few times. Oh and parking is a minimum of $25/day for the parking garage next door or $55/day for valet. Otherwise lovely hotel, close to venue and all staff were very kind and helpful.»

«It was a beautiful view and nice clean cute room. The staff was absolutely kind and helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant was very nice as well with above average food. The only downfall was the noise and chaos from Old Sacramento at night.we where woken up one night to a group af kids(not staying on the delta king) screaming and fighting. Did not feel safe that anyone can wonder on board and no security. It’s a shame because it’s a fun place to stay.»

«Elevator was out and they did not notify us. My husband and I are both seniors and have physical conditions that limit out mobility. We had to carry luggage 2 flights downstairs. The person at the front desk told me I could cancel my reservation, when we arrived to check in. I was attending conference day of and did not have the option of taking time out of my schedule to try to find another hotel room in a days notice. She should have been oroactive in problem-solving and offered to get help to ...

«We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean and secure, but we did have to pay for parking. It’s not free. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t anything 5 star, but the waffles were yummy and the orange juice tasted good. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy! The pull out mattress was pretty good too. 10/10 would stay again»

«I needed a place to stay as i had an early morning medical appointment and I live about 99 miles away. It served it's purpose. However, it appeared that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was stray hair in the shower and when I pulled back the sheets, there was also strands of hair. I went and purchased a big bath towel to sleep on. When I came back from dinner, there were guest outside enjoy their alcoholic beverages in the parking lot. I would not recommend this property to solo female ...

«Everything was fine except the bistro. The hamburger my husband ordered was over salted over cooked and took 30 minutes. My sandwich sat ready the home time we waited. We we’re told 15 minutes and it was more like 30.»

«The people there are absolutely wonderful. It was my first time staying in a hostel at the young age of 67. They helped me out with every question I had. They’re very accommodating wonderful to be with. I immediately felt very comfortable. Next time I go through Sacramento. I’ll be staying there again.»
