«Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and great walkable location. Easy garage parking next door. Only issue is that it can be a bit noisy on Monday mornings, when it is trash day, if you happen to be on the side of the building where the dumpster is located. »

«I needed a place to stay as i had an early morning medical appointment and I live about 99 miles away. It served it's purpose. However, it appeared that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was stray hair in the shower and when I pulled back the sheets, there was also strands of hair. I went and purchased a big bath towel to sleep on. When I came back from dinner, there were guest outside enjoy their alcoholic beverages in the parking lot. I would not recommend this property to solo female ...

«Staff were great, bar was great, location to golden 1 was great. Only downsides were the size of the room (small/cramped), the bathroom door is see through (awkward if it’s more than one person staying in the room), and the traffic/street train was very noisy and woke us up a few times. Oh and parking is a minimum of $25/day for the parking garage next door or $55/day for valet. Otherwise lovely hotel, close to venue and all staff were very kind and helpful.»

«I don’t usually write reviews but this Inn was very impressive, and the owners are the nicest people who care about their visitors. They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless. The rooms were clean, and as someone who had to stay for a night, I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. »

The person at the front desk told me I could cancel my reservation, when we arrived to check in. I was attending conference day of and did not have the option of taking time out of my schedule to try to find another hotel room in a days notice. She should have been oroactive in problem-solving and offered to get help to ...

«Parking is secure. Room seems newly remodeled. Mostly clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy at all hours of the night which woke me up. I stayed on a weekend so this may be less of an issue during the week.»

«Everything was fine until I got home and there was a $50.00 charge on my debit card. I tried several times to speak with the hotel staff but nobody answered the phone??? I therefore called my bank and had the charge cancelled which they did immediately. So what’s up?»

«I have now stayed at the Echo Lodge in West Sacramento 4 times in the last 2 months and have stayed in 3 different rooms. It has quickly become my favorite affordable motel in the Sacramento area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, everything works, and it is surprisingly quiet. Today when I walked into the office, she not only recognized me, she had already pulled up my reservation in the computer. She welcomed me back and handed me my key.
