«This hostel has several issues and the management seems unwilling to do something about them. My room was infested with bed bugs, and I got bites all over my body after staying here. The bathroom/shower was supposed to be private, but was accessible to other guests. There were no clean sheets on the bed, and no curtains for the windows. The air conditioning was leaking water on the floor. On the good side, I had no issues with the staff, and the location was ok.»

«Honestly, highly recommend!! My husband and I did a lot of research before booking. What I’ve learned is there is always going to be someone who complains about things that for the most part don’t affect majority of people who book with hotels. «I booked one bed for a room of 6 and it was ok! Your belongings are safe, the staff was helpful and they have like a lot of activities to meet the people around there, it is a good location close to train station and a lot of restaurants as a women and solo traveller I feel so safe! "It is a very modern hotel, built with a "nordic chain" flare that is very rare in the center of Rome, where the vast majority of hotels are housed in very old buildings with all their pros (old money charm) and cons (terrible to maintain). If you are used to international chain standard, look no further. Its hexagon-beehive structure spans through the whole building and it might be extremely confusing to navigate at first. If you don't know exactly what you are doing and where you are going, it will feel like walking through a funky real-life Escher painting. The personnel is extremely, and I mean *extremely* welcoming and helpful. I had a special, "off the menu" need related to a sports competition and they accomodated it with a smile despite me being very nervous about asking for a special treatment. Thank you, curly-hair receptionist. I sadly don't know your name, but I apprecciated your help a lot. I will definitely come back."

"Nytt og fint. Bra beliggenhet for å utforske byen, og masse gode restauranter rett i nærheten. Toog top med utsikt helt til st peters kirken. Ikke topp drinker der, men vi bestilte kanskje feil. Hadde loftrom som var stort lyst og med stor terrasse (uten møbler). Nydelig seng☺️"

"Hadde et kjempefint opphold her! Utrolig rent, moderne og veldig hjelpsomme ansatte. Fine fasiliteter og har alt du trenger i umiddelbar nærhet. Vil spesielt anbefale til de som gjerne trenger en plass å jobbe, da hotellet har utrolig mange sittegrupper, arbeidsplasser og egne arbeidsrom. Har ingenting å utsette annet enn at du ofte må være tidlig ute for å få plass ved bassenget på takterrassen."
