«The property was close to the areas we wanted to explore and Heather, our host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The property is on a busy highway with a lot of traffic. The oven was dirty and cooking pots/pans old and worn. We didn’t feel comfortable cooking meals there. Our bedrooms were comfortable and had televisions. We especially enjoyed the fire pit outside.»

«We loved our stay! The building has the perfect 1800s charm with lots of authentic character. Great location—easy drive to and from Gettysburg with plenty to do nearby. The space was clean and comfortable. Note there are stairs, but they add to the historic feel. The host provided thoughtful touches like sound machines, a well-stocked kitchen, a pool table for entertainment, and ample towels and washcloths. Perfect getaway spot for my spouse and me!»

«Check-in was super easy. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. There was one hiccup that came up and were very quick to resolve. The house itself is a great historic home. They have done a great job modernizing it. My only feedback would be to have more supplies in the kitchen to accommodate preparing foods like knives, cutting boards, trays, etc. But otherwise, very happy with our stay and the beautiful property, and it being dog friendly!»
