This is a hotel you will be very satisfied with Everything is given a thought👍 It’s very good location near everything in Sá Pa. They help you with everything and the staff is excellent. My advice is: Spend a little more on a great hotel like this and you will never forget your stay😊

Ambiance and vibe of the hotel is great - however there's not much shopping options. Staff service is excellent. The restaurant Chic was good but for longer staying guests, it might be nice to have more dining options.

This hotel is so incredibly lavish. I can’t even describe how absolutely stunning it is. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We got in very early from the train and they allowed us to have a rest near the pool and also a workout in the gym while we waited for our room to be ready. We had a drink at the bar one night and it is also something that you should make sure and go to. I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. We did a two night trek into the villages and when we got back, they allowed us to store our bags there, even though we had checked out yesterday! We are so happy that we are also going to be staying at the same hotel chain in Hoi An in a few more days!

This is my 3rd stay here
This hotel is a gallery itself, I want to recommend to look around every places of this building during your stay, including the swimming pool and the terrace of restaurant on 10th floor with breathtaking view of Sapa. At my most recent stay, the concierge staff was very helpful when I got canceled my transportation for return way, she gave me a great help with detail information of bus to the airport and arranging a taxi to the bus station.

Everyone was excellent at the hotel. Hotel was connected to the location of the cable car to get to Fansipan. Lots of dining options in the area but hotel itself has very good option and breakfast was excellent.

Sehr freundliche und aufgestellte Mitarbeiter, die allesamt stolz sind, dass sie für dieses Top-Hotel arbeiten können. Sehr schöne und geräumige, saubere Zimmer. Ein Highlight ist sicher der geheizte Indoor Pool. Für uns, als Hotelfachleute, waren aber die Nachtessen die grösste Überraschung. Was der Executive Chef, Oliver Mette, auf den Tisch zauberte war schlichtweg OUTSTANDING. Ob Lamm. Rind, Foie Gras, Salat oder Kalte Platte, alles war zur Perfektion gebraten und fantastisch präsentiert.Der Service liess also nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr grosse Auswahl aus Ost und West. Für uns war das de la Coupole eine wunderbare Erfahrung.
