Hoteller nær SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium

«Staff was very friendly»

«Staff was very kind, and room was very clean»

«Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was recently remodeled and everything looked and smelled great. Our room was really nice, loved the layout. Even had a doorbell! The walk-in shower had a ledge and grab handle, which I thought was a nice touch. We used both the pool and hot tub, very nice! Also took the hotel shuttle to a nearby sports bar for dinner. Our driver was super friendly! Actually, all the staff we came across were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!»

«Clean quiet property located in the heart of Tempe. Breakfast was a little lacking with no almond milk options, and food not being refilled.»

«Property is dated, food a bit pricey. Waterpark under staffed, could not operate lazy river, slides concurrently. Internet signal weak. Golf course closed, should notify guest prior to booking.»

«It was a no for me. The property is outdated and could use a couple coats of paint and some extra tlc. The staff were super standoff ish and disconnected (nobody greeted me the whole time I was there). The toilet would not flush had to call maintenance twice and when I left it did the same thing. The a/c and patio door squeaked like nails on a chalkboard. The jacuzzi bubble were almost non existent. The back door was so hard to push open. Loved Arizona just wouldn’t stay here again»

«There were more cockroaches than a college frat party. It was absolutely disgusting.»

«When we arrived to our door, it was left completely open— safety concern. Our room had no pillows or no towels so had to ask for some at the front desk. Only got one pillow (for two people) because they were sold out and didn’t have enough pillows for all the rooms. The front desk staff was apologetic and it wasn’t her fault. But very frustrating. Our room was still very dirty— toilet not scrubbed, shower/sink had opened soaps left over, trash in cans.»
