My issue was with a particular female of your staff. She checked me in on 4 December. The following day, December 5th, I attended a memorial for my best friend. When I came back that evening for some reason, my key card would not open my room. So I went downstairs and stood at the closest office door to me, it was locked. Through the window in the door I could see the same female employee who checked me in the day before. She was slouched down in the chair she was sitting in and looking at her phone. I knocked on the door, she rolled her eyes at me, got out of her chair & let me in. She took care of the key card problem for me. But the rolling of the eyes was not at all professional or good customer service.
