«very close to the beach, just over the road, its better less stony if you walk about 10 mins to the right, about 5 min walk to reception, lodge is located in a quiet park of the park, I always take a tv as my son is socially anxious, and didnt leave the lodge at all, until we left, I felt it would of been useful to have a tv in the double room, as my son took over the only tv, with his xbox, and i got sent to my room, to watch tv, it was nice having the decking outside, could do with outdoor ...

«We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! Would strongly reccomend booking this place for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway!»

«Perfect location. Great accommodation. Welcome pack was superb and very generous. Owners always responded quickly prior to our stay and information was helpful. Extremely clean and beds were comfy. Parking nearby and lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend.»

«The house was perfectly located right in the heart of Rye. Opposite one of the best pub/restaurants and minutes walk from all the lovely shops and restaurants of Rye. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything needed to prepare and cook a good meal. And the back patio has lovely views over the fields. There had been a leak just before our stay from the house next door which damaged some of the carpets and walls which the owner kindly prewarned us of, but didn’t cause any functional issues ...

«My family enjoyed Sandy Bottom with all the facilities provided by the host. The house is very charming - comfortable and perfect for a family gathering. There are lots of books to read, games to play, music to listen to from the jukebox and a pool table for the men to enjoy.»

«Lovely property, with parking for one car on drive and then a payable car park opposite if you have brought more than one car. Beds are lovely and comfy, house was nice and cosy, duvets are thick so might be too hot in summer (they may put summer weight duvets on, we were there at the end of May). Across the road is the dunes and the beach- lovely walks and if you walk further to each end you can take dogs, the middle section where the house is located is a dog free zone from May- Sept. «We stayed here for a weekend, to attend a wedding nearby - two adults and two children (aged 5 & 9). The configuration of the apartment was perfect: there are two double beds on the top floor, all kind of in the same room but separated by a wall (it makes sense once you see it), which was perfect for us. «The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break.»
